   Never got the chance to see work quality as quote was a total rip off. Got quoted approaching a £1000 just to repair afew scratches, dent and replacement 2nd hand door. Was told it was priced on a over a days work, when in reality, half a day max would be more realistic. Like many other garages I am sure, you have joined the 'rip off Britain squad'. Office staff were pleasant, but what is the world coming to.....?!

   Been using Feakins for several years now, from having body repairs carried out, to having an annual service and MOT. The two ladies in the office are always so helpful and friendly, such a different approach when it comes to booking car in, than using the main agent for my car. As an example, Feakins will offer a courtesy car if needed, or a local drop off & pick up when car is being worked on, whereas main service agent now wants to charge for a courtesy car in excess of £20 whilst being serviced which used to be part of the process. All in all, always had first class service & fair pricing when using Feakins

   Brilliant Customer Service - after failing fowl to a particularly large pothole in the Kettering area I was convinced the car would be damaged in someway. The Car drove OK and didn't have any vibrations in the steering wheel but I wanted to get the tracking checked out at the very least to satisfy my own mind and to make sure the tyres didn't start to wear unevenly. Freakins slotted me in today and were GREAT! It turned out that the car didn't need anything doing to it and as a result, when I went to collect the car they didn't charge me a penny. Now, I'm not naive, the would have still spent time looking and checking over the car for me and still didn't charge me. Experiences like that don't happen in the world as much anymore. Even though they wouldn't except my money, I do plan to buy a load of chocolates for the team there as a thank you.! As a said at the beginning of the review.... Brilliant Customer Service.

   I called Feakins yesterday because my car went into limp mode and I had heard they had a good reputation. Rebecca provided great customer service and was able to get me booked in for the next day. After the diagnostics she called me to let me know what the issue was and was able to fix it the same day for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this garage and will be using them again for mine and my partners car in the future.

   My 1st time using Feakins as theý were recommended to me by ATS in Kettering. I have to say they were brilliant. The staff are friendly and my MOT was completed in just under an hour. I would highly recommend them.10/10. Thank you for fitting my çar in so quickly and thanks for great cusomer service .

   I have always had really positive experiences at Feakins and would 100% recommend. They are always really nice and informative on reception and work is done quickly and to a really high quality. I’ve had a few bad experiences with other garages who have tried to take advantage of the fact that I’m a young woman who has no idea about cars to make some extra money where as I completely trust Feakins as a company to be honest and have my interests at heart rather than their own pockets, as they have proven time and time again!

   My car was damaged to the front passenger side, needing the bonnet, slam panel, headlight and grill replacing. The team fitted me in and completed the work in just a few hours. No issues and very reasonably priced. Also, Vicky on reception was very helpful!

   Fantastic customer service. Honest pricing and a genuine pleasure to deal with. After getting the feeling I was being had on by my local garage, I came to Feakins for a second opinion. I was very worried and stressed out by the quote I had been given by my local garage but the calm, knowledgeable lady from Feakins was brilliant, helpful and reassuring. After one email and a phone call, I was lucky enough to get an appointment later that week (parts had to be ordered in) and by the end of the week I was safely back on the road! Thank you so much to Becca, Vicki and the mechanics who checked over my car. You are absolute stars.
