   I do not recommend this garage. I received a quote for repairing my car for almost £3k and the diagnosed problems that needed to be repaired in this garage were not the cause of the breakdown. Only the sensor was replaced for £320 and not three complete sets of other parts. I recommend diagnosing the problem in another garage, because this estimate proves that either these people have no idea about cars or they are simply cheating people.

   We rang Hi-Tech at just before 5pm (having received a recommendation from another garage), and they were able to squeeze us in the following day. They were very accommodating, and rang us twice within the day to give us updates and get approval for further work. We'll definitely be returning!

   took forever to get car in, did the car under the warranty, said exactly what the issue is, in the meantime another problem came out, on the day of car pick up got told that everything is sorted over the phone, and when went to pick up the car got told the issue I wanted to get sorted was not under warranty so it wasn't done. not even asked me if I'm willing to pay to get thing fixed when they had the car, just assured everything will be fixed and I wasted time as was in quite rush to get car fixed. Not recommending, better go somewhere else. As per below garage explains itself that it was due to previous bad repairs and lack of parts, but then I don't understand why I was told that all issues got fixed when I called to arrange a car pick up if it wasn't?

   I can not rate this company high enough. Over the past 20 years, Hi Tech have provided an amazing service to me, both personally and professionally. My business involves my vehicles being on the road 24/7. Our fleet of vehicles can clock up 100 thousand miles a year. Hi tech are always accommodating with our needs. They provide an extremely efficient and well priced service for our needs. Their staff are both friendly and professional and, although our relationship is built on business, it’s always like catching up with old friends when we deal with them. Over the past 20 years, hi tech have always been very honest with us as a customer. They always do their best to deliver a high standard service that’s meets our need for a speedy and cost effective service. Hi tech are based in Kettering. Although we are based 20 miles away, we feel that the service we get is more than worth travelling for. Thank you Peter, Mark and all the team at Hi- Tech. I can honestly say that without their high level of customer service, we would not be able to provide our level of customer service to our clients.
