   I was recommended to take my car here when I was having engine trouble. Thoroughly checked. £45 for an MOT, that is a great price. It's a family run business,so friendly & relaxed. Won't hesitate to recommend this Garage to anybody. 5* service.

   I've been coming to Chaplin Garage for over 12 years, and I honestly don’t know why I didn’t leave a review sooner! What surprises me the most is that absolutely nothing has changed in all that time — the fantastic and friendly customer service is still exactly the same as it was from day one. Every single person there treats you like a good friend, and there’s never any pressure. You always feel welcome and looked after. They are honest, professional, and genuinely go above and beyond. I’ve gone in many times just for advice or a chat, and they’ve never charged me a penny for it. A few years ago, my car battery died — I called them, and they came out, helped me get the car to the garage, and had it fixed the same day! Five stars aren't enough for this team — and I know I’m not the only one in Kettering who feels this way. Thank you, Chaplin Garage! Rad

   Outstanding customer service at a great price from Zoe, Kevin and all the team at Chaplins. After a bad & expensive experience at a local dealership I was recommended Chaplins and was so impressed with how kind & helpful everyone was. My Peugeot 208 had an emissions fault which was repaired the same day for a fraction of the cost quoted by the dealership. I highly recommend this garage & will definitely be using again.
