    Asked for a fix on a previous recommendation and other issues before an MOT but they then proceeded to ignore my request and MOT before fixing the issue. They are rude and will not take any responsibility with mis communication and hung up on the phone when they seemed fit. They even questioned why it was such a big issue with what has happened and I was astonished. Costing our time and money from their simple mistake. Spoke to another person on the phone and he wasn't told my others on what my partner wanted done on the car. Pricey garage too on the repairs. Very unprofessional experience sadly and ive been to many and this is one to avoid. Could have been communicated and dealt with in a much honest/respectful way. Please avoid this garage!

    Took my car in for a mot, failed it. Bought the part stated on the certificate and had it fitted. Went to take a retest and said that the part weren’t changed even though they confirmed it was the right part. 2 other mechanics (MOT TESTERS) both stated that one of the parts they failed on was in good conditions and wasn’t worth a failure. Phoned up and was rude on the phone and hung up on me. Wouldn’t recommend.

    Got my MOT done here. It failed and needed a new part to be fitted. I booked it in today and I was told it would take three hours, I use my car for work so it was important to have it back on time. Unfortunately, it took almost 5 hours and every time I went back to check on the progress, the owner was really rude and there was no apology for the delay. There is no waiting area at this garage. I regret using this place and will not recommend it to anyone.

Great communication from Henry, who kept me informed about what needed doing. Will definitely be returning as and when I need a mechanic.
