Shocking experience - went for my MOT. Quoted me £222 for rear brake pads - I asked him how much they were worn in mm, he refused to tell me. He said “I see little kids like you all the time” and was so rude. I’ll be opening up a small claims court case and I would very much like my £55 back.
I had a very disappointing experience at MK 2 Motors. I took my petrol car in for an MOT, and they charged me an outrageous amount of money for supposed ‘emissions issues’—as if it was a diesel vehicle. This made no sense, and I seriously doubt the accuracy or honesty of their assessment. Either the mechanic doesn’t know how to do his job properly, or he’s deliberately overcharging people. I strongly advise others to be cautious if you’re considering using this garage.
Excellent service... Qasim and his team are really reliable, affordable and good at what they do. Sorted both my Audi and my wife's Suzuki, gave good advice and saved us loads and had us on the road in no time. Highly recommend them, you won't go wrong!!

Reasonable prices, good and quick service. When my alter ator needed replacing this garage's quote was almost half the price compared to some other places and the owner made time for me to change the alternator within 2 days after I called up. Really happy with the service I received, I would recommend!

Just went for a wheel alignment. I was able to book an appointment the very next day. It cost £35 and the guy did a great job in under an hour. Very polite too.
