   It was a last minute problem I had with a pot hole , out of 4 tyre places I rang they were the only ones that said just come in and we will sort you out. I had to wait about 45 mins but I expected that as I wasn't booked in, price was excellent. I think it was Jack who dealt with me , polite and friendly, I would definitely use them again, even though I would be driving past other fitters. Derek Lawrence Market Harborough

   Not impressed with this branch. Had tyre insurance and they refused to honor it. I would have to claim money back myself. Spoke to insurance, they were confused as to why. Called Wellingborough branch and no issue, so went there.

   The customer service was outstanding, whilst busy, it was so nice to be able to speak to Carmelo doing the work and get his expert opinion. He was so helpful and listened to us, came back to us with info and did an outstanding job! As a female i have never felt confident to go to a garage on my own, but this experience has left me knowing i can go there and not feel awkward or uncomfortable. My go-to place! THANK YOU!

   One of my tyres had a slow puncture which was repaired in minutes. My MOT was booked in with ease over a week ago for a time that was suitable for me and carried out by Harry. A very efficient and knowledgeable member of the team. Caine is always very polite and welcoming. I am a returning customer and will continue to be because I know what I am getting and It is a huge relief to come here as I've had some uncomfortable experiences in other garages.

   Needed some new shoes for the car. Went on a Saturday afternoon and the chaps were able to change them after an hours wait, which is fine for me just turning up. A good range of options were shown to me and prices given. Can't fault this place on bit. Nice one.

   Fitted two new rear tyres. Somehow damaged next to the wheel nut taking off the powder coating. Didn't tell me about it. When I complained the area manager said he would sort the repair. He never got back in touch and is declining my calls.
