I've been working for Tinies agency for almost 6 years and I've had only good experiences with them, the girls are always very helpful and friendly and it was my pleasure to work for them, flexible days and hours which is great if you want to work flexible hours, thank you Tinies for always being lovely.
Tinies organised for one of their experienced nannies, Heidi, to look after my two children; a 6mth old baby and a 2 year old toddler, in the hotel room where I had to be at a work event yesterday evening. This business trip is the first time I've ever had anyone look after my children, but as soon as Heidi arrived I felt completely at ease. She had the magic touch and got both children to sleep almost as soon as I stepped out the door, and she sent me a mesage to let me know all was well, enabling me to relax at my networking event. When I got back, everything was calm and she had my baby peacefully sleeping in her arms. You can tell she loves children, and all I can say is that it's a shame I live in London and she's in Brighton as I'd love to have her look after them again! Thanks Tinies and Heidi.

i cant believe they are still in business, don't go near them with a barge pole, totally ineffectual. indifferent, and non caring, one star is too much but had to select one sadly

Really brilliant agency. I found them so supportive and friendly, and being a nanny with sole charge can feel a bit like you’re flying solo but I found that Tinies Brighton were always there for advice and help.
After working in a school for 16 years I was looking for a more flexible pattern of working. Tinies have looked after me very well. They respect that I cannot work full day shifts and go out of their way to find me suitable positions. I have always found the girls at Tinies helpful, professional and easy to communicate with. I have worked with this amazing team since 2010! I have since travelled around the world working as a nanny I have worked for a lot of agencies and yet I always miss the girls in Brighton. They are a great team and I know that they will always give me work and more importantly support if I need it! I have also used the service and arranged babysitters for my cousins when they are over they have an amazing group of sitters and nannies. The team is fabulous and I always feel so happy to go back and work for them when I am around.
