I went there for some paint chips repair on my car seeing the banner. No one came out. When I went looking for then in the workshop the lady was not happy and didn't bother to help. Very rude behaviour.

Just PXd my Ceed for a Countryman, Lawrence was absolutely superb, he was busy with fuel delivery, fuel leak, other customer test drive, and made us aware of the slight delay seeing us, very knowledgeable guy who helped us throughout the sales process, I wanted a Mini Countryman ( same as my wife has) looked around other garages,but this one was as close to the wife's mini condition as I could find, my Ceed will suit the next owner as faultless...sat nav camera stop start eco 6 gears, but decided to change as basically I like driving the wife's Mini and end up putting uel in hers,so thought, why not get one myself. ( Big praise to the young lady also in the fuel shop as I was caught wanting after a drive yesterday key with large number plate fob, if you see it, you will understand)
Just had my car serviced at Kingsthorpe Garage. Wonderful friendly service. I would recommend anyone to have their car serviced there.
Have been going to K.M.c for over 10 years and would recommend you have a vehicle damage checklist that you signed with a copy from then sadly we are not going back to K.M.C again
