She helped book the holiday to turkey last year and has done it again for an amazing destination for my family of five again.     We had a great experience with Sophie. We first went in to just find out some answers to the questions we had for our first Marella cruise, we ended up booking it with Sophie as she was so helpful & patient with us. We then came back the next week and booked a 2nd holiday to Tenerife with her! She will be our go to person for any holidays and we really appreciated all her time & help.

    Updated 25/08/25 Response to Tui reply: You wont speak to me directly as im not the lead passenger so apparently my experience doesnt matter to you. We were TOLD our hotel changed via email before anyone even contacted us via phone. Our only options given were to cancel the whole holiday (with 2 weeks to go) or complain after we had been. We werent given a choice of a refund of the upgrade we paid for at any point. If we had been given a choice of an 'upgraded' (this is debatable) room or a refund then we would have taken our money back. Booked holiday over a year and paid for some upgrades as holiday was to celebrate 10 year wedding anniversary. Was informed just 2 weeks before our flight that they could no longer provide one of the upgrades we paid over Β£900 for. Options given to us where to cancel our holiday or to complain. Instore staff told my wife we could only complain AFTER our holiday. (Website doesnt accept future dates on the complaints form) Upon our return we submitted our complaint to be informed we could have complained at any time and they would not refund for the upgrade we paid for as they had instead given us a room with......drumroll please.....a BATH! Extremely disapointed with the lack of communication, knowledge of staff & the general lack of empathy from pretty much all Tui staff who have dealt with this issue so far. Will be contacting ABTA to take this issue further as at this point Tui have basically scammed us out of a substantial amount of money.

    We went into the TUI agents to book our very first cruise. We were greeted by a really lovely rep/agent called Lexi, she was very helpful and informative making our first time booking very easy. She talked us through our choices and everything to do with the cruise we picked, she also helped us book a hotel for the night before, and gave us information on the best way to get currency and keeping track of it. Can't wait to go on the cruise and enjoy relaxing and sight seeing. Thank you again to Lexi for making this a easy stress free experience.

    We got asked to leave a review because I think she thought the service was really good, nice girl but unfortunately booked online due to Rosie wasting time. Took so long in the shop found the right price etc but she had been pricing the wrong date up so we were really gutted and the date we wanted was way over our budget( if we’d have known this before then we would have had time to look at alternatives but spending 2 hrs was a bit too long for our liking). It seemed everyone was quick but us. We shall however be back in for our next one and attempt to book in store again hoping to get an old familiar face, so many new people.

    We came in to get 2 things done. 1) chasing a refund from a delayed fly from July 22. 2) book another holiday. We were seen by Sophie and her line manager. Sophie really wanted to help us resolve our refund issue even thou it was something that could only really be done online. She was very resilient and set to help us and after a while she was able to get this done for us. We were extremely grateful. Our holiday we wanted to book for was 2 very special occasions and Sophie went beyond helpful in booking a super special holiday and was able to get us a great deal. Even thou it may seem easier and more convenient to book online, we wouldn’t have received the service that we got in person. We are beyond excited and very very happy with the service we received. Sophie and her team are an asset to TUI and should be fully recognised for their attentiveness and dedication to their industry. Very happy customers.

    Tui in Norwich is the only place where we book our holiday. The staff are wonderful and a helpful bunch we have gone in with only dates available and have walked away with amazing holidays and some amazing deals. Match price online is amazing as we always feel better when booking with a person, and how knowledgeable they are on the area is amazing .. we have had some great recommendations from staff. Would not be going anywhere else to book a holiday TUI is the place.

    Why have all the hassle , Stress and insecurity of β€œ Booking online β€œ when it’s a breeze booking in store. My wife and I wanted to book a cruise, so phoned Tui Norwich, spoke to Sophie who made a note of the cruise and our details . Later that week ( whilst in Norwich) we went to the shop where Rachael sat us down ,discussed our needs and gave us informed choices . Harrison ( with cruise experience) helped” fine tune β€œ our needs into the Cruise Rachael made sure we would be happy with . Choice confirmed, deposit paid and Two very happy customers…….BRILLIANT

    Sophie helped us sort our family holiday to Turkey, mostly over the phone and email but nothing was too much or a trouble for her and we really felt at ease booking with Sophie. We got the best deal possible as she suggested doing separate bookings so we could all use the code and save more money! Thankyou again and we’ll be sure to book with you in the future
