Cruise booked for March 2020, Covid19 forced a change of plans, Emma and her team very quickly got me a good deal for this September, unfortunately this was also cancelled! Emma rang me at home on the same day they recieved the letter from the cruise company, she explained the various options to me comprehensively plus sending copies of the original cancellation letters enabling me to reach a decision without pressure.
