Came in on Saturday 20th. Lauren was working, she was super friendly to everyone she served and met all requirements. Really nice to see, especially in a busy environment ☺️

Dropped by the Coffee Room to grab some breakfast while waiting on my train and as it was early in the morning (6:30am) the atmosphere was quiet. The premises was clean and looks well maintained. And Lauren was very helpful with advicing on allergens and providing a fast service. Pricing for the Breakfast deal was decent, as I had to have alternatived my pricing was different from the set standard. Overall, I had a lovely breakfast and it made my waiting time fly by.
Subject: Disgusting Food Message: I wish to seriously complain about the price and quality of your food, I am appalled with the quality, well no quality of the sandwiches served within your establishment.. Although we had signed up for the advantages of the APP 'To Good To Go' I was still shocked to see how poor the sandwiches were. No filling per say, a small peice of processed cheese, there was no actual tomato but an paste, the total filling for both sandwiches would not have covered one peice of bread let alone four. I am even now whilst writing this, in shock of how bad, discusting this is. The staff weren't really happy to be there, they had no bags to put the items in.. I collected the items from the Stoke-on-Trent Railway Station at approximately 6.15pm. on 12th Feb.
The coffee itself is average, but the cashier there (Lara) is amazing. Friendly, caring and attentive, even it was late afternoon of a dark, gloomy day.
It's very rare I can drink a cappuccino in stoke as I'm lactose, not only did they have oatmilk (my preferred) but the portion size was huge, big fan and will come back .. I have no idea how idea they can make it that fast too
Great fast service. We were coming home from a long day at Alton Towers so just needed a coffee to keep us going! Also needed to refill my water bottle, which was all squished up in my bag from going on the rides. The kind barista offered me a plastic cup of water with ice to go on my journey instead! 10/10 service :)
We visited at around 11:40 on 15th October. The first lady who served us and took our order was lovely and friendly. The younger lady who made me the wrong drink was rude. I ordered a hot chocolate, she made a coffee. Then continued making other drinks, until my partner asked if she was making mine. She said she was making a hot chocolate with caramel. Not mine, I explained I'd ordered a hot chocolate, not a coffee. She went to check what I'd ordered as though I was lying about what I'd actually asked for (I don't drink coffee) and eventually made what I'd ordered and slammed it down. No apology, nothing. And to top it off, her faffing and getting the order wrong meant we missed our train. Manners cost nothing, so it might be worth teaching this member of staff some.
