   Very good coffee. But needs a total refurb/refresh. Looking very tired compared to when it first opened and doesn't look like anything has been spent on it. Nice staff

   I am incredibly disappointed to write this, as I used to be a regular. However, the standards at this Caffè Nero have declined severely, forcing me to take my custom elsewhere. The staff are consistently unfriendly and offer zero basic courtesy—no "please" or "thank you" during transactions. Most disturbingly, hygiene is an issue. On multiple recent occasions, the cups and spoons provided have been visibly dirty or poorly cleaned. It's a shame, but when basic respect and cleanliness are missing, quality coffee isn't enough.

   £8 for a flat white that was pure froth and for taste it was about a 2 out of 10, also got a caramel latte, it tasted of pure burnt coffee yuck 1 out of 10. I also really enjoyed listening to the two baristas chatting between them selves as if I wasn't there awesome. Was my favourite place for coffee now I won't return really disappointed

   I love coming here. The staff are all so lovely and chatty. They treat their customers like family and its appreciated. Doesn't feel like a chain cafe it feels like a family run business. Always clean and tidy . Wouldn't go anywhere else

   I really like Caffè Nero as a brand, so I’m glad there’s a Stafford location. The baristas there are really friendly, and the place itself is kept clean. However, it loses a star because the toilets are slightly dated and a bit dirty. However, I love coming to Caffé Nero nonetheless! I recommend it (:

   My favourite local chain coffee shop. Service usually excellent as are the drinks and cake. Sometimes hard to get a seat especially in the winter when outside is a no no. Don't forget the discounts if you have meerkat rewards or a three mobile phone. These make enjoying a coffee even 'sweeter'.

   I actually like the food from here hence me always coming back but Uber Eats is awful. My last 3 orders: the first two had items missing and had been substituted without contacting me first, then the third the quality was simply shocking. My partner is eating a butter croissant and says “it tastes bad this, I don’t know why you keep going there”, so I look at him and he’s literally eating a stale, hard and burnt disgusting croissant, you have to laugh. I replied by saying “why are you even eating that?!” - please see the photo! I hope the management can see this and stop it from happening. I don’t know how you can get away with it!

   Needs a bit of a make over. Looks a bit tired inside. However our cappuccinos were very good and the chocolate bars we bought. Even better, there is 25% of food and drink with the Meercat app.
