Amazing weeks break, tranquil, picturesque and an all round great experience. Very helpful staff and all other people along the way. 100% will be returning:)
I was delighted with the whole Norfolk Broads Direct Experience. Booking was simple and easy. Splitting the payment into three at no extra cost really helped. Check in and on holiday support with Chris at reception was excellent, very clear and concise and happy to answer questions. The boat was prepared to a very high and very clean standard. Becky and her team do an excellent job given how many boats come and out on changeover days. My walk around and briefing on the boat with Dillon was excellent. And when we had an issue on the first night (turns out I had turned off a switch by mistake) Toby was very swift to respond by phone and in person to help us out. Really couldn’t rate this holiday highly enough. We have a 10min the old daughter so probably need to steer clear of water holidays for a couple of years, but we look forward to returning once she’s able to listen to instructions!
Absolutely awesome holiday aboard Fair Prince. Stunning boat with bow thrusters for ease of maneuvering. Electric opening roof perfect for clear visibility and soaking up the sunshine. The double bed has a proper sprung mattress which was a really big bonus as other boats often have foam mattresses which really are not adequate. Engine limitations less restricted than other boat yards meaning you can keep up with the traffic and adhere to the correct speed limits plus safe passage across Breydon water even against the tide. We were lucky enough to have been piloted through Wroxham bridge by their fabulous staff. I didn't catch the upstream chaps name but he was excellent and Chris on the return downstream managed it like a dream despite water levels suggesting we wouldn't have made it through! Becky was exceptional on our induction and hats off to all the staff at NBD. Check in was a breeze and the boat was ready early. The hamper was a brilliant surprise including a bottle of bubbly which we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall I'd whole heatedly recommend NBD for any boating holiday on the broads with an exceptional selection of boats, fantastic starting location and just fantastic customer service overall. 10/10... We'll be back!

Great service from NBD staff, especially Becky who gave us a great training run through, we were successfully able to line up and moor stern on and just kiss the quay! Boat was clean and well equipped. Highly recommend holidaying on the broads with NBD.
We had a good visit. Boat was lovely and the skipper was very knowledgeable. The only thing that wasn't great were 2 very big dogs and the barking and the kids started losing interest and the ride was 2 hours long!
We had a great holiday using NBD. Staff were very professional and helpful and gave us a good training session on the boat before we set off. The boat was spacious and in good condition. NBD also provided a great welcome pack coverng local guides and suggested stops on the way.
Amazing, we hired a boat for 3 hours and was fantastic. Both first time boat drivers and wow was amazing! Very easy to control and a very enjoyable trip out for the afternoon. Very clear instructions.
The Norfolk Broads is a fun place for family and friends. We got on the Cordon Rouge for 2hrs. It was a wonderful view, my daughter and parents enjoyed it so much. You can also rent a boat but my mum was paranoid about me being the el-Capitan:) Tip: check the weather forecast before booking your trip as it can be windy and chilly on a very cloudy day. I highly recommend you visit at least once but... go with company
