We have just returned from a trip to James Paget hospital for essential tests for my husband, who is a wheelchair user and quite unwell currently. Used one of your coaches for our wedding day to take me and the bridesmaids to church, and then to the venue after ceremony! was told driver would have suit on! and coach would be decorated with ribbon!!! Driver was grumpy! Was not helpful! Coach was dirty and no ribbon!! Will not recommend again! Very dissatisfied, also outside hotel when being picked up, parked in a big puddle! When I asked if he could move forward away from puddle so I could get on coach in my wedding dress away from the puddle!! he tutted but eventually moved forward!! So will definitely not recommend to anyone!!
