Yesterday I called into Morrisons on festival park I was planning on going to get some lunch from the market kitchen area however I was unaware that it had closed down a few months ago, needing a quick lunch take away I headed to the cafe and wow!! Firstly all the staff were lovely & friendly great customer service, I opted for a takeaway tuna jacket potato, the portion size was a big decent size and only £5, the kitchen staff were speedy with my order! I was very impressed by all and the jacket potato was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be returning 5*!!

Unfortunately this cafe is going downhill it di used to be a good place to eat, on first arrival no tables were cleaned customers were having to move trays to clear a table, there is a limited service on food which has been like this for a few weeks, waiting times are ages, the food is OK but was only just warm, staff are OK but you really need to make sure they are putting the right meals threw the till has mistakes are been made. I think lack of staff is definitely an issue.

I had the ultimate breakfast for £7, great value and the food was tasty and warm. Only problem was waiting 25 minutes for it to come out.

Chips undercooked mushy peas dry fish greasy and batter seemed as if it had been fried more than once everything was barely warm. If i survive i will never eat here again

Popped in for some lunch today, my 10 year old chose as he loves the unicorn slushies. Wish we hadn't bothered!! We were told when we ordered there would be a 30 minute wait which was fine with us as we could see it was very busy, however when we tried to find a table all vacant ones were full of plates, leftover food etc. I had to clear the table myself as there didn't seem to be anyone around to ask. Food finally arrived about 45 mins after we'd ordered. The food wasn't great but we ate it as our 19 month old was getting very impatient having waited so long! There was hardly any clean cutlery, no condiments at all and the whole place was a bit of a state to be honest. Won't be going again anytime soon.

No one was at the desk to take my order i had to shout someone to serve me twice and they still left me and a queue of customers for 5mins. the machine where you're supposed to order from was not working and they gave me a dirty plate with my cake (it was a chocolate cake) stain on plate is red. Also the woman serving was miserable as sin.

Food was cold and disappointing. Staff were nice but place wasn't that busy and wasn't that clean. No atmosphere. My son had fish n chips and the batter used to cook both the fish and the chips needed changing as it was over used and dirty. His food was covered in black specks and he refused to eat it.
