   I would like to thank the team at The Dental Centre Bedford for helping a nervous patient overcome his fear of root canal surgery. Everyone, from the lovely receptionists when you first walk in, to Dr Joseph Masih who performed the treatment empathetically and professionally, made me feel at ease. The treatment itself was surprisingly pain free. I would recommend this practice which has helped me overcome my fear of the dentist after 60+ years. Keith Lewis

   I’m currently over midway through my Invisalign treatment with Dr Sarah at The Dental Centre, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. She is friendly, professional, and explains everything clearly at each stage. The whole team have been welcoming and efficient, and my appointments always run smoothly. I also had a hygiene appointment with Danni, who was fantastic, thorough, and made the visit really comfortable. My teeth have never felt cleaner. I would highly recommend The Dental Centre to anyone considering Invisalign or looking for a caring and professional dental team who genuinely focus on their patients’ smiles.

   Highly highly recommend The Dental Centre Bedford. I came as a recommendation after having a very bad experience with a dentist in Shefford. The receptionist Jade was so lovely when booking in my appointment and understanding my anxiety when I explained my previous experience. Dr Joe was able to put me at ease, then save & fix my (previously botched) root canal which I am highly highly grateful for. I decided to stay with the practice for the rest of the treatment I needed. Dr Joe only does root canal so then I went to Dr Sam & her dental nurse for a filling and a crown. I explained my previous bad experience, to which they both made me feel really validated and again put me at ease. I was nervous for the treatment but it went smoothly and they kept checking all was ok. They are also really friendly which definitely helps put the nerves at ease. You can tell Dr Sam has lots of experience and knows how to comfort nervous patients, equally she is just a very warm and lovely person. My experience with this practice has been 10/10, I will continue to return and recommend to everyone!

   Recently referred for Root Canal by my dentist as they weren’t confident they’d successfully complete it. As someone who is pretty rubbish with Dentists, I was naturally pretty nervous. Raad however made me feel very at ease, explaining the process throughout. I’ve since completed two sessions where he’s saved my tooth and I’m now going back to my dentist to have a crown fitted. The practice was great, receptionist very friendly and I’d recommend their services without hesitation.

   I called the Dental Centre this morning, and the fantastic receptionist, Amy, managed to book me in with the dentist by 2:30 PM The same day. Within a 45-minute appointment, the team successfully extracted two decayed teeth — absolutely excellent service from start to finish. I’d like to sincerely thank Amy for her kindness and efficiency, and Dr. Patel for his outstanding work. Highly recommend 5 stars

   I am a very nervous patient having had bad experiences at a different practice in the past but Sarah goes above and beyond to put you at ease taking the time to discuss treatment options and end results. Natasha is also fantastic at understanding patients fears and offering reassurance. The practice itself is very welcoming and and all staff are polite and friendly. Always very accommodating if needing to be seen in an Emergancy. Never have I regretted joining this practice and I would highly recommend Sarah, Natasha and the rest of the team to anyone looking to join a new dental practice.

   I popped into the practice as I am moving surgeries and I had some questions before committing to the move. The lady I spoke to on reception was very helpful and answered all my questions and made me feel very welcome. I am a very nervous person - especially at the dentist and if the service I received from Jade on reception is anything to go by, I have made the right decision to move surgeries. It was welcoming, friendly and everything looked spotless which was a relief. Thanks again!!

   I have seen this surgery from both sides of the chair now. It will always be my favorite place to work after a long career, and here is why. The treatment is second to none, the atmosphere is professional, caring and patient focused. A welcoming reception, followed by exceptional treatment from Sarah, who is always smiling (and sometimes singing). It is overall an outstanding practice, well managed by Natasha who is the practice manager. Come along and be prepared to be well looked after and pampered.

   I have been a patient at the Dental Centre Bedford for some time now, and have always found them professional, understanding and most of all friendly. I recently had a problem with one of my teeth, which caused extreme pain and discomfort. I called the practice manager, Natasha , and in her usual efficient way, she made an appointment that day to see Joe. He immediately identified the problem and gave me my options. He then very quickly started the course of action to resolve it. I would highly recommend this surgery. The staff are compassionate and caring, and the surgery itself is very calming and welcoming.

   The Dental Centre Bedford is clean and bright with a friendly welcome from the receptionists. I had a hygienist clean with the new system available here and have to recommend it 100%. My last hygienist appointment at another dental practice had haunted me for years, so that I was apprehensive but I need not have been. Sara and Magda put me at ease and gave me plenty of tips for maintaining my smile in between visits. Their new GBT system is amazing at cleaning your teeth without any discomfort, there’s a bit of spray but the results are fantastic - a spa treatment for your mouth. Smiles all round.
