   Absolutely shocking since these people took over a few years back the best guy was still the polish guy he was a godsend! When these took over I was due root canal treatment had the treatment done and everything was fine the 2/3 months ago I started getting pain in my same tooth the dentist then told me the original person there who did my treatment did it wrong now I have to suffer as they won’t fix it they say, or I have to go private and pay to have it done or have it pulled out! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! ABSOLUTE JOKE!

   I phoned at 11:30am having discovered a hole in my wisdom tooth following eating a toffee. I was able to have an emergency appointment for 3pm the same day and treated with a temporary filling. So pleased and happy with the service I received.

   I am really nervous of going to a dentist. This is not without cause, for my entire life I have been lied to and hurt by dentists. All smile and say it's fine, they understand and this time will be different. Not this time! I was asked to raise my left hand if it was too uncomfortable which I did. True, I left it to late and was already crying at that point but, once I did, everything changed. I felt virtually no pain and, what I could feel was manageable. A huge thank you to Isaac for his kind approach. It helped so much. One little recommendation would be that one was not asked to sign effectively given them permission to send advertising. Had I not read it I might have presumed it was essential consent. They need to think about that and make it clear that clients can totally opt out of signing up for advertising or, better yet, have to opt in by having the request made verbally and then be given a form to sign if they choose.

   I don’t like dentists. Never have and never will but Sonia Susan Philip is great and made me feel as relaxed as was possible when your brain is full of fear. Would definitely recommend Spinneybrook, especially if you have PTSD from the school dentists. The reception staff are lovely and friendly and understanding

   Easy to park. Helpful receptionists. The waiting area has comfortable seating although didn't have to wait long. My dentist came out to take me into the treatment room which was bright and welcoming I felt at ease at all times. My dentist was amazing and answered all my questions regarding future treatment. Would recomend this dental practice.

   I had seen ranya for a broken tooth. She had provided me thorough examinations and options to save my tooth. She and her assistant were very kind and welcoming as well as the other staff members. I was made to feel very comfortable throughout the appointment and I’m very happy I had found this dentist through my colleague.

   Very good treatment & lovely staff. Would highly recommend the surgery. My only holdback with not giving 5 stars is that even having a 9.00am appointment, reception staff have not set up on my arrival and I have had to wait a minimum of 20 minutes before being seen. This is quite frustrating for the first appointment of the day. This is only a minor concern, but never the less, improving this would enhance the customer experience.

   I have usually been a very nervous patient at a dentist due to traumatic experiences as a child, however the find the staff here are amazing and make you feel very relaxed. Todays experience was possibly the best experience I’ve ever had. The dentist was gentle and talked me through everything and listened to any concerns I had. My experience has made me feel less anxious about having to go to the dentist in future. I absolutely recommend these guys 100%

   Dentist here always seems in a rush and appointments are often quite late. Doesn’t explain procedures and the benefits of them thoroughly. Which caused myself to feel pressured into having a filling on top of my canine tooth which I thought I didn’t need as I didn’t feel I’ve been given a choice. Then when I had my teeth ‘cleaned’ the whole thing took less than a minute which is quite shocking and not thorough. Dentist just said they’re gonna do a filling for me. Didn’t have enough time to ask questions about it as it was all rushed to get it started quickly, which ended up me going back to get it taken off the same day. When I asked what the filling is the dentist responded to me: It’s just a filling and when I asked what benefits would I have from it she only responded that it will help me and then rushed into getting it done for me. I never had one before so I was quite anxious about how it’s done, what it is and what for. I felt like I shouldn’t of been asking questions about it and that I need to just get on with it as they were waiting to start the procedure. When I came back to get it removed, there was no questions asked, I wanted to discuss it, but the dentist didn’t seem to have time for me again and just just removed it and still now I don’t even know why I needed a filling! Nothing was explained thoroughly and felt like I didn’t have much choice. Although it’s also my fault as I should have just said no I felt really pressurised and rushed into it. However the receptionists are very nice.

   My Dentist is always kind, caring and patient. She always explains the treatment plan before starting and makes me feel as comfortable as possible considering how most people feel about having work done at the dentist! She will always make sure I am okay throughout the procedure also. Thankyou as always for looking after my teeth :)
