   Mr Sumner is an excellent dentist who always has put his patients first. He’s very knowledgeable, helpful and professional and he always knows what to do. He is very patient and considerate and puts his patients at ease. He has gone out of his way to help and support me for which I am truly grateful. This dental surgery offers a fantastic service and my wife has attended this surgery for fifty years. They are always so friendly and accommodating. 5* customer service. Stuart is a saint in our eyes and an asset to the profession.

   We have been patients at the dental practise for many years now.Although not living in Bedford now we travel from Rushden because it is such a good place and experienced friendly staff.I would recommend this Dental surgery. It is Set in the tree lined Deparys avenue the practise is in one of the Victorian red brick houses , a short walk to Bedford high street and the John Bunyan Statue, with parking and for us disabled parking.. Thank you Mr Sumner for the advice and prescription yesterday.

   Our family dentist booted us off their practice because we didn’t attend in Covid times. I could not find an NHS dentist for my children or I. I made the decision to book privately with Edward Byrne. They kindly took my children on under NHS even though I was willing to pay which was very generous. From Neeta our dentist to their hygienist they are a great practice, putting my children and therefore myself at ease. I would highly recommend them.

   Edward Byrne is not my dentist but just got a referral to Edward Byrne for a tooth extraction. They were very good, and if l ever experienced any issues with my dentist, l wouldn't mind moving to them. However, l do not have any issues with my dentist. They were absolutely brilliant with me. Very comforting and reassuring as l was feeling quite nervous when l went in. I couldn't believe how quick it was. Receptionists were lovely too. I would recommend them 100%.

   Always have a great, smooth experience here. The staff are friendly, respectful, caring and courteous of your time. The office is run very smoothly and efficiently. Definitely recommend. My tooth gums used to bleed also holes and stains in my teeth, because my previous dental practice didn’t look after me, they have told me to use corsodyl, and that only made it worst. I wasn’t happy with their service, so I had to go look for new practice, then My friend recommended me Edward Byrne practice. Since then my gum stopped bleeding, no holes and no stains. My dentist Dr. Edward thought me, how to properly look after my teeth and recommend me to start using electric toothbrush. Now my teeth is perfect and shiny. :) I wish I had switched to them sooner. Great attention and service. You know you are in good hands when you learn things about your teeth that you had no clue about. Keen eye

   Discriminating, rude and unprofessional. Maybe you’ll get on better with them if you’re English saying that my English friend who used them herself and introduced me here moved from this dentist saying “they didn’t fill her with confidence “ when her daughter broke her front tooth. Same happened to me today, they only care about saving time and will call you a lair just for their own entertainment. An experience I would rather avoid seeing as there is so many choices to choose from nowadays.

   I had 3 teeth removed today by Rama, I only wanted one removed being scared as 3 seemed a lot at one go but Rama gave me very good advice and said let's see how we go. He pulled the 3 teeth out one after the other and one was not as easy to extract but he got it out with no pain what a relief. The staff are very kind and efficient. Michelle slotted me in at short notice and gave me great advice and was so very kind and considerate. The surgery is spotlessly clean, you are made to feel relaxed and everything is explained to you before the dentist starts. I can not thank Rama enough for the brilliant job he done on my teeth today and the kindness he showed me and a big thank you to the nurses who assisted him. Would I recommend Edward Byrne Associates 110% I would. If you are a nervous patient then this is the dentist to go to. Kerry Evans - Bedford.
