I have been a Customer of UHP dental care since the early 1990s through various owners and always found them to be helpful and contentious I must say I am very impressed with the present owners who in My opinion are excellent nothing is too much trouble and they explain everything as they go along I had a filling done a few months ago and apart from the small prick of the injection I didn't feel a thing I would recommend them to anybody and would say don't be frightened about going to them they do everything possible to make you as comfortable as they can I used yo be a very nervous patent but not now.
I am a very nervous patient but the care and understanding puts me at ease. Everyone at the practise is always very polite and professional. All the dentists I have seen have been excellent I came recently and saw Kalika Shah with her assistant who were brilliant. Thank you to everyone Elaine Keegan
Kalika & Abi have provided a exceptional level of service to both of my children over the past year, especially the eldest who has a history of fainting and recently needed an extraction ready for braces (she didn't faint that time!). If I had been able to get on the register after mistakenly falling off a few years ago I would have given 5 stars!
UHP dental care provide an excellent service. Appointments are on time and when things do go wrong they let you know quickly. They respond quickly to painful emergencies and always keep you informed. I am glad they are looking after my teeth!
Everything about the dentist was too standard and the building was clean and well maintained. Special thanks to Dr. Sabrina & Nurse Sal for the care and reassurance I needed throughout my appointment. Above and beyond service, great staff, overall a great experience
As a fairly nervous patient, I was very much put at ease by Dr Raja. On a previous appointment he had asked me to provide and food diary and on this appointment went through it with me and recommended changes I could make to improve the health of my teeth. during my treatments he kept me updated with what he was doing and told me I could take a break if I needed to. Still can’t say that the dentist is my favourite appointment but the treatment and care from Dr Raja certainly doesn’t make it a fearful one anymore.
Having had a bad experience at my last dentist and also being a nervous patient, I cannot say how pleased I have been with my treatment here. Staff are pleasant and friendly, hygienist the most gentle one I have had. Since joining the practice I have had several dentists, but all have been very kind and considerate, my faith has been restored and I am not now as stressed as I used to be.
Very rude and unprofessional tone from the receptionist, following a phone call about re-registering again. I understand you have your policies in place in regards to a lapsed membership, but a polite phone call isn't difficult. I will not be registering for this dentist.
Visited the dentist a few weeks before Christmas and knew I might need an extraction. Dentist gave me a number of options (not just one) and work started the following week. All completed before Christmas...and no extraction! Excellant service and managing the Covid situation very well and in a friendly manner. All explained before you arrive for your appointment, so no surprises. Great Team!
