Offered teeth whitening for £250 instead of £500 in an email. After 2 times of not calling me back as they said they would, on the third phone call they demanded a pre whitening check up appointment of £82 in addition to the £250! I will be taking this further as I have the emails with the offer for whitening where this no mention of additional £82.
Excellent care and treatment. I’ve been with the practice for years and have only had positive experiences. I recommended this practice to a friend for one of her children and now the whole family now attend!
Friendly receptionist, seen on time by lovely dentist who explained everything in detail. Next appointments made with no fuss.Payment made and back in the car in less than half an hour. Excellent all round service, brilliant team, keep up the good work!
Today I had a filling done and a teeth clean .I'm very happy with the Dentist he has done a excellent job. No shortcuts and explained every proses . lovely friendly team and the prices Mach the N.H.S so I highly recommend if you're looking for a excellent dentist. Kind regards Chris.

I visited woodview dentist Northampton today 22nd December 2022. I have a terrible phobia of dentists and leave gaps between dentist visits for years because of my phobia. Today I saw a young female dentist, unfortunately unsure of her name. She was so incredibly patient supportive and encouraging. Stopping on regular occasions to allow me to rest my mouth as I have osteoarthritis in my jaw. Thank you so very much. I will not be afraid nxt time. Mrs C Debbag

Rang to book a routine appointment but as I haven’t been since 2019 they have taken me off their books. Considering the practice has been closed or been at reduced capacity since Covid I don’t see how that is my fault. They won’t take me back as an NHS patient, only private. This practice is just out for profit. Not an ounce of patient care.
Got me in as a last minute emergency sit and wait near closing, after I experienced unbearable tooth pain during pregnancy. All staff were welcoming and extremely helpful!! Highly recommend 5**
