   I have been trying to get the land registry to update our title with preregistration clauses that were mistakingly excluded, for two years now, & I get nothing but confused responses, apologies, and then demands for irrelevant information. I telephone twice a month, usually at around 45 mins each time, and have repeatedly sent the relevant plans and documents. It's simply a copy and paste action needed, but their service is so appalling it is not fit for purpose. I've no words left...

   One of the worst customer services team around. Taken 6 months+ to push a transition through. Sent the same forms multiple times, nobody answers the phone up to 45 mins when you try and contact customers services. Have cost us thousands because of the delayed process. Worst communicators from office to customer as well as internally. Good luck to anyone having to deal with the office.

   Superb service , very helpful , keen to send someone out and a first class service........of course not! After a dispute when the neighbours land grabbed by parking during the purchase of my property. The land registry said the case was closed even though the wrong address was altered from the records. A painful experience. The office doesn't even send someone to look at the land in question. How they can say they are class leading is only the case in a third class service.
