The service is always outstanding. Mathew always listens to your concerns. I was always nervous at the dentist but here I feel at ease and never feel anxious now. I’m always pleased with the care I recieve and my family.
I have Had lots of issues with my teeth. Mathew was recommended to me, by a Friend I am so glad she did. He really is not only a fantastic dentist, He is so kind and caring, He has such an amazing team Working for him. You are immediately put at ease as soon as you walk in to the surgery.
Always a good experience at Rapport. I have Matthew as a dentist and Hannah as a hygienist. They are not great at putting me at ease and making a visit to the dentist as stress free as possible. Hannah is so lovely and chatty, you forget what’s going on.
Amazing dentists. I’d follow Matthew to whichever dentist he works at. He’s so lovely and treats you like a friend to make you and your family feel at ease. Had my first ever hygienist appointment today and Hannah was so friendly reassuring and gentle. My teeth looked amazing after too.
Matthew and the team at Rapport are brilliant. Let's be honest, going to the dentist isn't fun, but the team at Rapport really make you feel welcome and at ease. Any and all work I've had done has been brilliant and easy. I'd definitely recommend checking them out, but keep in mind it comes at a cost. You definitely get what you pay for here though.

I Love how cared for this dentist makes me feel and how well my teeth are looked after. After 20 years plus of Mr Brooks dentistry, I’d be reluctant to trust anyone else! The dental nurses are knowledgeable and kind and the receptionist alway cheery. A total 5* Service, Bravo
The service is ok but money is their top priority. They always talk about money first and any single opportunity they get, they would rip you off. I did not like how the receptionist deals with patients and talking about money first and not having sympathy for the patient. Telling me I need to see the dentist before I could do my filling when I had already seen the dentist and the dentist gave me a treatment plan so I want to book based on the treatment plan given by your dentist. She says no that’s out of date, how much difference would I have in my teeth in 4-months? Absolutely ridiculous. I saw the hygienist twice and she was rushing me to get me out of the door so she can bring the next patient in, I have paid for your time so you cannot rush me and she did not like it.
I registered as a new patient at Rapport about six months ago. So far, I've attended one appointment with the hygienist and two with the dentist (the second for an unscheduled issue the dentist was able to check the morning after I called the practice). I've been impressed by how thorough, professional, informative, and re-assuring they are. Page, the receptionist, is very friendly and efficient. The practice is clean, well equipped, and conveniently located. Form filling is a doddle if you are online. Hard to miss an appointment with email and text reminders sent well ahead of time.
I was a nervous wreck when it came to dentists and I have had a lot of work done in my past too, but never really felt confident/safe or happy with one particular person, until I came here. Not only are they professional and a very clean practise, but they are amazing on many levels including customer satisfaction too. They make you feel reassured with any work carried out, more so, which is quite complex and will let you know what is involved too etc. I have seen Monica a few times and cant recommend enough including the practise itself. She is very professional and gentle (more so if you are nervous) comes up with suggestions to help you relax, which has been spot on and I feel, since seeing her, I am now confident I will be able to get anything done going forward.
