    Got referred here after a failed tooth extraction. They seemed ok at first, but the nurse soad I could only have it done on one day in January, which I was busy for. She said quite abruptly that she will discharge me wheb and I'll have to be referred again. Thankfully after speaking with my dentist and begging not to be sent here I finally had it taken out, today. By a wonderful clinic in Milton Keynes, they were unbelievable. So yeah, if you get referred here, maybe best to speak to your dentist about going anywhere else. Customer service here is not particularly good either. All in, I would avoid.

    I was referred from my usual dentist due to a potentially complex extraction and a complicating medical condition. I was terrified to the point of dizziness beforehand. Then I stepped through the door any everything changed. The receptionist was calming with "It's what we do. We're the experts in this and you'll be fine". The dentist and dental assistant (?) were kind, calm and professional. They had clearly read my history BEFORE I arrived in the room so they knew what to expect. What a win! This meant they could engage me in meaningful but unrelated conversation while I was prepared for the procedure, putting my mind to something else. The procedure itself, performed by Manu, was actually over before I knew it. Such a huge relief and it was genuinely pain free (plenty of local anaesthetic). Aftercare was thoroughly explained and there was a leaflet provided too as you ALWAYS forget the minute you leave! So, surprisingly, an incredibly good experience at the dentist! I would definitely pay here for treatment in future which is something I wouldn't even have considered before. I have waited a couple of months to write this review as I wanted to see how my healing/recovery went. I've had no issues since and have seen my own dentist who was full of praise regarding the healing. Who could ask for more? People to thank: Manu Philip, Lydia, Sana and Claire. Do not fear - these people know what they are doing and they do it with care, kindness and understanding. Oh - and I couldn't get through on the phone at first so I left a message for someone to call me back. This callback came quickly and, again, was professional and kind.

    Outstanding service for my tooth extraction. The admin staff for arranging the appointment are lovely & very helpful (spoke with Lydia, Lyndsey & Sara during the process.)     I have been referred by 111 on an emergency appointment to this practice on Easter Monday. Initially when I called they were fully booked and then they called me back to offer an appointment later that afternoon which was a godsend as I was in agony. Excellent facilities with parking, waiting room and accessible toilet on the ground floor, absolutely brilliant staff, the receptionist was very polite and both the dentist as well as her assistant were brilliant. It was refreshing to see that extraction isn't the only option in this practice, they listen to what the patient wants and they will really try to save that tooth. It is such a shame that they do not accept any NHS patients...

    I called in via phone and the receptionist did not seem interested at all to help me. She could not care as a patient what I was experiencing. However in the afternoon I decided to walk in to the practice and requested to speak to the practice manager or a senior member of staff. I was introduced to AMIT MISTRY who cared and although he was busy he made time to see me the next day. The level of service received by Amit was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. I would have given it a 1 star if it wasn't for Amit. My opinion is that if some of the reception staff had some level of care for patients over the phone, overall review about this practice would be more than what it's currently on the 3 stars.     I am an NHS patient at this practice and I can honestly say that Ruth and her lovely Nurse are the best. Ruth is so gentle and patient. I would not want to be seen by anyone else.     If there was an option for 0 stars that would be better, cause even one star is too much. This practice is the worst. You can never get through to anyone on phone. Had a filling done, which came off a month later, had to redo again and fight my case as I was asked to pay again! Had a severe tooth infections, again no proper treatment, infection became so bad I ended up paying for emergency treatment privately cause my face was swollen and i couldn't sleep. I called 111 and they advised me to call my dentist, which I did but of course no luck. All could have been avoided if i was given the proper care 2 months prior. They just gave me antibiotics with no follow up or anything. The tooth needed root canal treatment!!!! Giving the antibiotics seems to be standard approach from them, even when it is evident that root canal is needed. Also, the dentist (female) is kinda rude, whats that about. !

    I have to give low as the first impression was bad. They appear to have one disabled parking space occupied by someone without a blue badge. The disabled access was locked with a sign on the door telling clients to walk round the front and not ring the bell! When asked inside about it their excuse was that they were busy or don't hear the bell. Despite being obviously reliant on two crutches they made no attempt to ask if two flights of stairs was ok even after they were asked about access. Dentist and assistant were fine. Were this review based on then it would be 4 stars but, with the attitude of the administration team, some will not get in the building. They need to heavily improve to meet their own inclusiveness attitude

    After having no dentist for 7 years I was quickly accepted by this practice and had an appointment swiftly. The care and compassion has been the best I've experienced and they've started the journey of fixing my mouth. The dentists themselves, the assistants and the receptionists are all lovely and non judgemental. Would recommend.
