   I called recently to see if I was still on their patient list. It has been a little while so I totally understand that I am not, but the receptionist who answered was very abrupt and said "No you're not, and we're not taking on new NHS patients." At first I just assumed this is how it was, but after calling another dental practice, the difference was insane. This lady was instead a lot more helpful, despite them also not taking on NHS patients. She took down my details, and offered me advice on what to do next. They even followed up and offered an appointment that morning as they had a cancellation - something that they wouldn't have been able to do without taking my details. I just write this as a reminder that a little kindness and thinking ahead goes a long way. I understand there is pressure on dentistry in our country, but I believe that politeness should be maintained on both sides.

   Excellent practice. Receptionist was very polite and helpful with all enquiries, the dentist was lovely and made my sister feel at ease and was brilliant at explaining everything with clear instructions and recommendations.

   Great Dental Practice, always go in slightly earlier than time off appointment! The nurse & the Dentist make you feel very much at ease and are very patient and explain everything thoroughly! For someone who is petrified off Dentists here is a great place to go where your nerves are calmed and you feel comfortable Thankyou

   Attended with both my children, such a lovely friendly receptionist, dentists are very polite and great with advice. Made me feel so comfortable as I had my severely autistic son with me and they were able to do a check up on him too.

   Manage to get 3 appointments for the family 1 after another. Kids first time at the dentist was nice and quick and gave us information on drinks so the kids understood why I say no to fizzy drinks all the time. My appointment was brilliant gave me information on the dental plan upcoming to get my teeth sorted. Completely recommend if you can get in.

   Best dentist I've ever had. I'm a nightmare, nervous patient. All the staff were wonderful, including the receptionist who hugged me when I came out of the room (was greatly appreciated). I had a back tooth out today and he was brilliant. I can honestly say I didn't feel a thing. Talked me through everything. I just hope he never leaves or I'm back to square one.

   Absolutely fantastic! I am such a nervous patient! I have a real phobia of the dentist, I had left some teeth that needed to come out for a long time due to my fear and I can finally say I think I’ve found a dentist that has helped me get over this. The reception staff are always polite on the phone and they got me in nice and quick. I had some teeth removed and my dentist was absolutely wonderful with me! I’m a big baby and he made sure I was comfortable, he didn’t judge me he listened to my concerns and most of all kept checking to make sure I was ok during the procedure (which is normally unknown of from dentists) I have been having a bit of discomfort with one of my teeth being removed (it was quite stubborn to come out) and I rang to see if he could do anything, he got me in within an hour and filled the socket for me so I was more comfortable and then reassured me if I had anymore pain feel free to come back and get it repeated. MK needs more dentists like this. The ones that listen, care and go above and beyond to make you as comfortable as can be. Thank you

   I would leave 0 stars but I can't. My daughter missed an appointment April 2018 so they took her off the register and now only taking PRIVATE people. So now I need to find an NHS dentist in MK for my autistic 8 year old.
