Very helpful dentist Sion, who took time to explain things to me and to show me my xray. Unfortunately, he is only temporary, and after February 2026 he did not know who will be my dentist. I fear it will be back to the usual routine after Feb 2026 of having appointments cancelled at short notice and not knowing who will be seeing
Despite arriving early for my appointment I wasn’t seen until 12 mins beyond the booked time which is ironic when there are posters all around the waiting room stating that you can’t be any later than 10 minutes or your appointment will need to be rescheduled, also I was asked to fill out a personal details form upon arrival even though I’d completely an electronic one prior to the appointment as requested in an email, is the system they use not intelligent enough to recognise the pre- filled questionnaire. I think in the last 5 visits I don’t remember seeing the same dentist twice, either there are many available or there is a high staff turnover? Disappointed, Doug Packman.
Very professional care given by the hygenist and her technician. The Work was decisive and thorough. The Procedure was made much easier because of their attention to detail and empathy with my experience.
Dr Kassim did a fantastic job for my complicated dental procedure. Him and his team were reassuring and helpful. Would definitely recommend a visit soon to him.
Needed an emergency appointment. Called at 8 and was in at 9. Felicity and her dental nurse were amazing. I really felt listened too. I absolutely hate going to the dentist but she was so kind and understanding, I can actually say the appointment was a good experience.

Every time i contact them with tooth ache there is never a dentist there i need the dental help and they just cant seem to do it disappointed now
After visiting many dentists in the past I decided to choose Mohammed and Charlotte at Flitwick high street practice. There service is excellent they always do there best to fit me in when there busy. The work is always of a high standard with minimal fuss and they make you feel so comfortable in the chair that you dont want to leave. Wouldn't waste my time going anywhere else.
Reception staff really helpful, and the dentist Mohammed was amazing made me feel very comfortable and done a great job in sorting my teeth out. Very happy with outcome and would highly recommend this surgery.
Super helpful lady on reception listened to my concerns when I called this morning and offered and emergency appt within 3 hours. Staff at my appointment were really friendly and kind (which is important to me as I get very anxious around dental appts) and treated me swiftly and effectively.
