   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been coming here for years. But more recently, the service has been exceptional! I was greeted with a smile and had a friendly conversation. The pharmacist asked if my diabetic medication was new, which it was, and advised me on how to take it, when to take it and what to look out for. She called after a week to see how I was getting on and told me all the checks I need to have every year like the eye checks and foot checks; and reminded to book my flu jab and Covid jab. She was very caring and sympathetic. She also advised me on how to get a medical exemption from my doctors as I was paying nearly £30 for my prescriptions every month!! I forgot the lady’s name but she was friendly and professional. She’s one of the regulars there. She knew who I was before I even said my name. She also had my prescription ready!! I felt well cared for and I hope your superiors recognise you for your service. Thank you very much and keep up the good work!

   We had our flu jabs done here recently. Staff were friendly and efficient from start to finish. The appointment was easy to book online and they send you a reminder email, which I find helpful and reassuring. Lady pharmacist also took my blood pressure for free as I was over 40 to see if I have high blood pressure. Again, that was quick and easy. It was easy to park at Sainsbury; and we did our grocery shopping after. Couldn’t fault it! Better than going to the doctors!

   Had mine and my husband’s flu vaccine here for the first time in this pharmacy. Regular pharmacist was polite and professional. Very efficient. She gave us some advise about the vaccine, which I never received anywhere else. She also mentioned that we are entitled to a free pneumonia jab which we also haven't been advised before! Overall, we had a very good experience and it was stress free! We will both be having our flu vaccines here from now on.

   This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy to use in the Norwich area. I have just been to buy canesten 1% cream for my daughter who is suffering with external thrush. I was told buy the blonde pharmacist working there today that it’s not licensed for thrush and she wouldn’t sell it to me. Having worked in pharmacy for over 30 years I knew that it wasn’t the case but she still refused to sell it to me. I explained that my daughter would be using a pessary after her course of antibiotics but just wanted something to ease the symptoms for the time being but she still refused. I have returned home very upset and will never use this pharmacy again

   Incredibly rude and unhelpful. Humiliated me in front of other customers by shouting to a colleague. Terrible customer service. But the worst part , they give completely incorrect advice and guidance on obtaining medication. Then refused an emergency prescription. Please re train Steve and his female colleague and advise them too treat customers with just a little human compassion. I have been to Morrison’s a pharmacy whom I have never had a repeat prescription with and they issued me an emergency supply there and then. They could not have been more helpful. So don’t tell me it can’t be done - where there is a will there is a way !!!
