   Disgusting!! Dispensed the wrong medication and when I went back to get the correct one it was also wrong. When I explained these were medications for someone who was at home dying, he laughed in my face!! Most disgusting person I have ever encountered

   Went here today to speak to the pharmacist. The man behind the counter asked me why. I very reluctantly told him and he started to then ask me questions about the situation in order to relay the information to the pharmacist. All infront of the queue of people. Next time it would just be easier for me to get on the main broadcast and let the whole store know my problem. No confidentiality or compassion. No wonder people bypass and head straight to the GP!

   Utter waste of time ! Asked for a pharmacist to look at my infection in my ear, apparently I have to be 17 or under ! And yet retired and have been a tax payer for many years, they can’t give me anything over the counter just suggested to go to my Doctors or a walk in centre. Thanks for your none help !

   Horrendous service 29/10/22 . A cue every Saturday that guarantees a 30 + minute wait with staff in no particular interest to help . To add insult half the products when producing a script are not in stock as per regular Pharmcy and with such a high turn over of staff irregular and negative hours kept by staff it is no wonder this Pharmcy has descended into chaos in the eyes of its customers.

   Staff are very polite , but always seem to be rushed off their feet. Obviously management like to run with the minimum amount of people possible. Always a fairly long wait in the queue every time. Prescription is never ready to collect no matter how early it gets sent in.

   Shocking attitude from the pharmacist today. Asking for a branded product for my wife but struggled to remember the correct name of it. I asked the first member of staff for its correct name… all I could think of was fenugreek but explained it was a similar name and worked along the lines of nytol. Now I understand and completely agree with the fact that a pharmacy has a duty of care. This particular pharmacist however then jumped into the conversation and rapidly fired a series of questions at me in a most unpleasant demeanour. Who’s it for, what’s it for, why do I need it. These were not just gentle questions these were rapid, loaded questions. There was no queue. For me as a husband following his wife’s request to buy a branded product this was most unpleasant. I felt intimidated. I felt judged. I felt pressured. I felt humiliated because I didn’t properly know the answers… and wasn’t able to answer quickly enough and directly enough. After my first two answers of hay fever allergy, sleeping and doing the same sort of thing as nytol I became tongue tied and said anxiety instead of allergy to which I was closed down immediately and told in no uncertain terms I would not be sold anything. I wasn’t rude. I did not swear. I wasn’t aggressive. I just asked for some help with remembering the brand name. Christ alive, I only wanted a box of phenegan. Ewelina Danilwjcr was the duty pharmacist. Either she was having a very, very bad day or she needs a total retrain in customer service. I feel so shocked by her handling of this situation I will also be taking this further. Nobody she have to feel the way I felt coerced into feeling, especially by a frontline pharmacist.
