   Friendly and extremely helpful. Out of town and needed to sort my prescription locally and they kindly sorted it all out within the hour! When I asked the young lady serving me how she was, to hear “Great” in reply it makes a change these days. Even remembered who I was on their first call of the day (pre coffee!) no less... 5 Stars

   I went to this chemist while on holiday in Norwich. Amazing pharmacy - the best I have ever found to be honest! The pharmacist was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and they have even been able to dispense my prescription straight away even though it was very busy afternoon. Staff was so polite and cheerful. Happy place, could see lots of people being very pleased with the service

   Had a lady ring me the other day to discuss my medication as I needed a vegan version. She not only took the time to go through all the options with me, she also explained why I needed the medication and was so helpful. More helpful than half the doctor's to be honest as I came away not feeling like I was a time waster and understood more. So thank you for being so kind and helpful!
