One Pharmacy are a dispensary not a chemists. You can't visit to buy stuff as it is not a shop. They deliver meds ordered by your surgery, so you can't request anything. My meds are delivered by One Pharmacy. . They don't like personal visitors but I occasionally pick my meds up to save them a trip.
I have nothing but praise for ALL the staff at One Pharmacy. The services they provide has over many years been 5 star. From the delivery personal to those who manage my prescriptions tirelessly take the extra mile to make sure the medication I desperately need has always been delivered to me whatever and whenever.Thank you all for your kindly consideration towards myself throughout. Absolutely awful pharmacy. Never ever will they answer the phone. They have had my very urgent prescription for h/p for well over a week, I haven't had any for several weeks now. THEY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE IF I HAVE A STROKE OR HEART ATTACK. please Don't use this pharmacy.
I wouldn't use these as they are nothing bot trouble they cannot even get your meds delivered on time we are supposed to have our meds delivered on a monday AM but they come momday PM
After being with them for a number of years I used to recommend them highly friendly staff went out of there way to help us as disabled people and having a large amount of meds each month we really rely on the service but over the last few months theve gone down hill wait sometime over a week for meds I'm diabetic and have run out of insulin waiting a week to get and also metform and pain relief also husband has run out numerous times on inhalers and pain meds nobody answering the fone anymore
tried all last week at many different times to phone them no answer or message saying we are busy ring back later so now myself my daughter and my grandson are out of our essential medications and in dire need of another pharmacy that can deliver to our homes shockingingly bad service

Awful service! My mum relies on this pharmacy to deliver her medication. One of which is Tramadol which she needs for her pain amd cannot just stop. This is the fourth occasion they have "lost" her medication. Baring in mind one of the pills is a controlled drug. Not to mention the amounts of times they haven't actually put her request through so she's waiting on nothing. Once again we have had to have an emergency prescription put through because she is going through withdrawals and nothing was sent through from their end. This emergency prescription was suppose to be delivered yesterday and still nothing. Now they claim to have lost it AGAIN but will deliver a new prescription today. It's already 3pm and still nothing. This is disgusting service. She has diabetes and cannot afford to miss her medication. She orders with more than enough time but they are failing massively on thier end and it's so dangerous. I'm starting to question if her medication is being stolen because this is getting ridiculous. Not impressed whatsoever.
