Pharmacists are very nice, professional and knowledgeable. Always take time to give advice over the phone or in person. I’m very happy with their service.

I recently had an experience at a pharmacy where I encountered difficulties with returning a prescription that was not correct. Unfortunately, I felt that the customer service was not as helpful as I had hoped, and I ended up feeling frustrated and out of pocket for the medication. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.”

I'm not going often to pharmacies if not necessarily. My daughter had horrible earache for a week. So I've contacted the GP for it to be checked. Receptionist said to go to pharmacy and get antibiotics. After explaining the issue to the lady, her comments were "the doctors can't do anything nowadays ". Then I had to fill in questionnaire and waited for doctor to be seen. The man came after awhile, I had to explain everything again. His English wasn't really good. Even he sounded like wasn't sure what to prescribe. Then he tried to get in to the consultation room, didn't find the correct key. Got in,didn't know how to login to the computer. Asked me for NHS number, I don't know who remembers it. A lot of time waiting.....Finally checked my daughters ear,but couldn't explain what's wrong. All he said, clean it and nothing given at all. Conclusion, very poor communication and staff unwelcome.

My partner needed to collect their usual repeat prescription which he ordered WELL before it had run out. We called to make sure (by the way, it is very hard to get them on the phone) it was ready only to find out some of the prescription wasn't present on the request (this part is not their fault, weird clerical errors happen.) HOWEVER. The person who answered was rude, kept talking over or interrupting. The scolded for not ordering BEFORE the prescription had run out. Again, my partner did. It took a long time to go through for some reason, and we had no way of knowing part REGULAR REPEAT PRESCRIPTION hadnt been ordered. One 111 call later to get the missing part of the prescription, the pharmacy we spoke to advised to speak with Asda again asking Asda to return therest of the prescription Asda had already received back to the prescription ordering system. The person my partner spoke with KEPT inturrupting and did not listen at all. Kept telling my partner that the part of the prescription wasn't there. My partner eventually gave up trying to communicate that the entire prescription needed to go back on the system and asked Asda to speak to the pharmacy 111 directed us to. By the way, the pharmacy from 111 says they did try to call Asda themselves but no one would answer the phone. No suprise there.

Slow service for medication including antibiotics. Often a long queue of customers who have also been waiting a while. On multiple occasions items have not been in stock including items behind the pharmacy counter. Compared to other pharmacies Asda appears to be falling short. Responsible pharmacist often not displayed & pharmacist not publicly visible to assist. Even more disappointing as a pharmacy that is open later & recommended by 111 for prescriptions

Absolutely sick and tired of this pharmacy. For the third time in a year my other half has come back without half my meds. They just simply cannot cope where the surgery issue tablets and injections on different prescriptions (although on same day) Then mostly you can’t get them to pick up the phone to check. GP has confirmed AGAIN the missing items are there (and given me the relevant transfer barcode) so it’s going to mean another separate trip up there!

Incredibly helpful staff when they were coping with a huge demand as there were no other pharmacies open in north Norfolk! (Bank holiday)

Needed to collect antibiotics and a throat spray for my 1 year old as she had an infection and a very high temperature. They didn’t have the throat spray so I asked for just the antibiotics as it was already late at night and wasn’t many pharmacies left open. Was given and excuse of she can’t only give me one item she has to give me both (I’ve been given 1 item from a prescription before) , I tried to explain I needed it for my 1 year and she refused and said I’d have to wait for it to be ordered in. Then went to a different pharmacy which were a major help, to find out when she accepted the prescription script she didn’t decline it meaning it was a even bigger problem as they needed her to Decline it for them to Accept it. When me and this other pharmacy tired to call them after the extremely long intro they hung up . Very frustrating and disappointing!
