   Running late for Covid booster, phoned to apologise, and find out how to rebook, explained we were only 2miles away, told to come to pharmacy straight away. When we arrived we were asked into the “injection room” where we were asked the normal questions, before being given our injections. They were very friendly and efficient, working well as a team, despite our being late. Thank you

   Receptionist is a very rude lady, I couldn’t understand what she asked and on asking her very respectfully to repeat again she simply said “ok no you don’t, so here you pay the bill”. I have visited twice and her behaviour was awful both the times, no smile at her face and very rude and like she is in hurry. Never going again.

   Order a week early as just know prescription never there or ready. Try to phone first to see if prescription is ready but phone never answered, so have to go anyway in hope. Given bag but when I got to my car my main life and death medication was not included. So back in and had to wait another half hour. Even though I know medications were prescribed and online ordered they failed to comply then said it is not done like that!! I said that I tried to phone but was told, "We don't answer the phone." Extraordinary!! Every time I go there for my meds there is a problem. Too many people in there with mostly no masks and as cold or flue could kill me. I dread going there now.

   Absolutely terrible service, medication not in stock so promised to return to spine, go to the next chemist and the west earlham Lloyds haven’t returned it to the spine! Called and called no one picks up the phone. It’s poorly managed and under stocked avoid

   Shocking! I'm picking up important meds for my parents which they never have in stock. They are mostly closed! To top it all off one member of staff was particularly rude. They NEVER answer the phone!!!! How can they run a business like this with vulnerable people relying on them!

   Useless pharmacy.. never have prescription on time.. items missing. Or just not available.. after waiting a week to get them.. So slow and unorganised. Staff members.. worst chemist,just as the doctors in West earlham centre.

   very average service, some of the staff are nice and helpful but others clearly shouldn't be working with the general public. Always seem to be understaffed. I feel sorry for the good staff they do have. Prescriptions are frustrating, you can very often see and hear staff having a natter behind the partition wall when there is clearly a queue of people waiting
