I forgot to bring my medication on holiday with me. All the staff at Roys Pharmacy went far beyond what I could have asked for. They rang my GP surgery. Had my prescription items sent to them via my Dr's surgery and dispersed them within an hour. So helpful i could not have asked for more. Thank you to all the team at Roy's Pharmacy.
Was sent here to retrieve my prescription that my pharmacy couldn't dispense. Staff so friendly and helpful with a smile, and dispensed straight away with no problems, which i needed as was needed urgently. I wish this was my usual pharmacy to be honest. Thanks so much!

Brilliant customer focused Chemist in the heart of Wroxham. Roy’s chemist have gone over and above normal customer service for me. I’m diabetic but also work when I have to travel for work, so I am always requesting 3 months supply of both my tablets and insulin. Now between my doctors surgery and Roy’s chemist I can reliably request my prescription and it is gathered up at Roy’s chemist in double time. This month set a record. Ordered from Doctor on Saturday. Prescription signed and with Roy’s on Monday and called by the pharmacy on Tuesday to collect my large delivery. All my insulin and medicines in 2 days. Brilliant service. Lovely approachable Pharmacist and superb counter staff. All friendly, helpful and always going that extra mile to give a superb service. Well done everyone. Very much appreciated.
What a great pharmacy! I am here on holiday and I have been struggling to get my medication because the pharmacy in the town we are staying in didn't have them. The staff were friendly, approachable and discreet. Very well done!
