   I had my first session today with the owner Dilan, it genuinely could not have been a better experience. From when I arrived I could tell I would be treated well, the lighting was dim and there was a candle lit which was relaxing. The receptionists we're both incredibly friendly and helpful with explaining treatment prices and getting booked in. I went in for a deep clean after having not been to a dentist for a while and Dilan was so understanding and patient, the procedure was thorough but gentle and he stopped at intervals to ensure my comfort. After the cleaning he explained the plan going forward, the costs and was even flexible regarding joining as a patient due to me having an NHS dentist for general dentistry. I booked in a review for a 2nd opinion on something and received a discounted price due to the small time it will take to check which was very much appreciated. I honestly cannot find a fault with my visit and will definitely be coming back!

   I had my first experience at Sorriso Design clinic, and just want to say a big thank you to the whole team. From the moment I walked into the practice I was greeted with a smile and an attentive receptionist, I saw Harry the hygienist first. He was extremely comforting as I was a little apprehensive having not been to the dentist in a short while. He took his time to explain everything to me and was very gentle but thorough with his work, the best clean I have ever had! I had an exam with Dilan straight after, and again the level of attentiveness to my dental concerns and goals, the re-assurance and the depth of explanations that he offered was second to none. I am extremely happy with the service I have received so far, and I would recommend to anyone!

   Avoid This Clinic at All Costs – A Total Waste of Money and Time I went in for an emergency appointment due to an infected tooth and paid £98 for what turned out to be absolutely nothing of value. After some poking, prodding, an X-ray, and a 3D scan, the dentist told me he couldn’t actually treat the issue because he wasn’t a specialist. He clearly assured me that he would consult with the in-house specialists using the X-ray and 3D images he had already taken — and that no further tests or scans would be needed, as the ones he performed were more than sufficient for the specialist to assess the condition of my tooth. This plan, including the use of existing images, was noted in my file so the specialist could pick it up directly. But to my surprise the very next day, I received a call from the clinic — not with an update like agreed on, but to schedule a new appointment with the specialist, who would apparently need to do his own X-ray and assessment — at an additional cost of £150. So what exactly did I pay £98 for? Nothing. The scans and consultation from the first visit-the day before- were completely disregarded. I left without a treatment plan, without a solution, and still in pain — and £98 out of pocket. This clinic is a textbook example of how to take your money while offering no actual care or resolution. If you enjoy being passed around between dentists and billed each time for the privilege, this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid it completely. If you expect competent care and professionalism, look literally anywhere else.

   Staff always very friendly and helpful. But I would like to make a special thank you (besides Dr Juliane who is always great), to her assistant who followed my root canal today, extremely attentive and sweet, always checking if I was comfortable or in any pain. I feel very happy to be assisted in a clinic where professionals care about the patient's well being.

   Dr. Juliane and her team gave me my smile back. After a serious injury, I spent almost 6 years not smiling in photos due to crooked and gapped teeth. I sought treatment with providers and for years, thought my smile would never be the same. I went to Sorriso Design after relocating from America to the U.K and within a month, I walked out of Dr. Juliane’s office with my smile fixed, crying tears of joy all before my wedding date. She and her team are beyond talented and just brilliant. Thank you so much Dr. Juliane and team. You’ve given me the confidence back to smile in my wedding photos next weekend!

   Went there today for a family check up (myself and my two daughters, aged 5 and 3) and we all had a great experience. Girls were a bit apprehensive in the beginning but after a short time were completely relaxed. Dr Juliane is a fantastic dentist and the TV on the ceiling is definitely a plus for the kids. Clinic is brand new and beautifully decorated. Will definitely be back!
