   We have moved home three times, previously we had had a poor experience with mistakes and this time I wanted a service which treated me like a person, rather than a reference number. I asked around and was recommended Llys Cennen. I am so glad I was. Paul was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and also, unlike a previous experiences he handled both the purchase and sale which made things much easier.

   My name is Henry Herbert. I live in London but I have attempted to use Hywel for a small, easy transaction involving family members. I have reported the practice to The Law Society as of 18th Jul 24. I urged anyone down there not to engage with them. I think they’re better local solicitors in Swansea. I have asked if possible to strike off from the law registry. I will keep you posted.

   Hopeless. Took four months for simple transaction to go through. Kept writing to us at the wrong address even though we repeatedly gave them the right one. Had to go in and ask over and over for paperwork. Solicitor was never in, didn't seem to realise he was representing us, had one phone call where he was extremely brusque. "Confidential office" means you can't go near the receptionists - instead you have to shout confidential details across the waiting room! Avoid like the plague.
