Excellent company, we sold a house through them and I would say they are very professional in what and how they do that. The app that they use makes things easier too. If you need to ask questions all of the staff are brilliant and resolve any worries you might have. I had a horrible experience with Dezrezlegal. I was a first time buyer during the second wave of lockdowns and decided to go with them following Phil Spencer's recommendation on his property YouTube channel. They were slow the reply to emails and sometimes did not even reply. It was unnecessarily difficult to get through to them on the phone. My Conveyancer was incredibly useless and her poor team - who I was in more regular contact with tried their best but ultimately weren't able to provide and meaningful information or updates. Long story short, they made the experience of buying my house a bad experience. The week and days leading up to completion day was a nightmare. In some instances I thought I was not going to complete within the required time line due to a lack of communication from my conveyancer. I had to go to extraordinary lengths myself to make it happen. Other major things that happened that left me totally unsatisfied and bewildered as to how they are running their business; 1. I made a complaint regarding my conveyancer and her lack of communication. I was unhappy with the level of service I was receiving. This was brushed under the carpet as 'being busy times. and to be rest assured that my case was being looked at'. I did not feel that they had addressed the issues I raised. 2. I was emailed someone else's sensitive personal information rather than receive the information meant for me. So i was emailed another buyer's financials, names, DOB's and so much more. When I emailed them to ask why this had happened and raised my concerns of my documents being sent to someone else, I was simply sent my documents. 3. 22 months after the completion of my sale I received a 'addition fees' email demanding I send them money to close my file and that they were due an amount. No references were made to my account or sale or how they came to this figure. All in all very unprofessional and just not worth your headache or money. I would not recommend this company at all. you are better going with someone else. This is only my experience and I do not know how they have so many good reviews.
