   Awful experience. Slow,negligent, sloppy and arrogant. Took us well over 4 months to complete a cash purchase, which was supposed to be straightforward. We had to call or email on a daily and weekly basis,to get the reply that it will take 12 weeks or that they are lookinginto it.Not sure what for?For the case to mature?? During the course, we have been sent wrong documents, apologies followed and wrong cost was put on the final documents,also apologies. It cost us 1700 more at the end due to the higher land transaction tax,which they shamelessly asked for after the completion, because they filled it wrong on the completion papers.When we complained, Emma explained that it wouldn't have been completed earlier anyway,because nothing had been done for the 2 months prior completion .This is such a shameless and arrogant explanation, which left us speechless . I would not recommend these solicitors to anyone and will consider taking the matter further.

Although it seemed that nothing was happening at first I soon realised it was behind the scenes and weekly update system works cutting out numerous calls and emails.
