I can’t recommend Isabelle highly enough - she was always on hand and responsive, helped me navigate a huge number of challenges in the sale of my flat, and always in a calm, reassuring and friendly manner. Fair to say without her involvement the sale wouldn’t have completed and there isn’t anyone else I’d use in future.
We recently purchased our first home and hoped the process would be an exciting experience, even with the usual stresses involved. The initial stages with W Parry & Co were positive, but after we paid for the searches things unfortunately became quite difficult. We weren’t informed when our searches were returned, and only found out three weeks later that a mining issue still hadn’t been followed up, despite being told it should take around five days. We also weren’t given clear explanations about what the mining issue involved or how it was resolved. The same happened when we were later told about a problem with a pipe which had not been shared with us prior, we never received an explanation of what the issue was or how it had been dealt with. Communication became very challenging overall. We struggled to get updates, had to chase repeatedly for information, and only received our searches and boundary documents the day after completion, despite asking for them several times. We were also advised to prepare our ISA and LISA, but emails from the providers were left unanswered from Beverley, which meant we had to call frequently to keep things moving. This added a lot of extra stress and left us worried the sellers might pull out, especially as we had been ready to proceed for weeks. Buying a house is stressful enough on its own, and the lack of communication and clarity from our solicitor unfortunately made the experience much harder than it needed to be. Based on our experience, we wouldn’t use or recommend W Parry & Co again.
Isabelle acted as our solicitor for our recent sale and purchase and I could not recommend her highly enough. Throughout the whole process she gave clear and well considered advice, going above and beyond on a number of occasions. She was always available by both phone and email, we were never left waiting for information or a call back. Special mention too for Angela who also communicated with us brilliantly. Our experience was challenging from beginning to end but I honestly believe without Isabelle, we may never have got over the line. Would not hesitate to use W Parry again

Absolutely dreadful service and totally unprofessional. Nothing short of shockingly bad. Steer well clear. Fail to respond to communication time and time again. Senior Partner fails to act on what he says he will do regardless of being chased up several times. The whole place is extremely unprofessional in very many respects.
