   Went in today for get a few pairs of shoes found the ones I wanted to get waited 10 minutes before seeing any staff members I asked for some help and was told by a young girl worker she was to busy. I then spoke to the security guard and he said he would call for someone another 10 minutes and still no one turned up. Found another young girl and again asked if I could have some help I was ignored and she walked off behind the till. All in all I was in the shop for 20 minutes looking for help and no would help. It was not busy it was 10.30am. I walk out and will never come back to get my shoes here anymore.

   Good value and decent stock. Customer service very much lacking and suggested poor level of training or high staff turnover. Only one person on till. Asked for support in buying footwear and was pointed at another member of staff who appeared affronted that I should even have spoken to her. Pointed at an area to go to that didn’t have any members of staff there. Eventually found somebody helpful. Could easily have lost my custom if I had more time to buy from elsewhere. Given its general value it shouldn’t be low on my list of stores I’d return to but it is.

   Great place to shop for stuffs related to sports and adventure related.. its having Garments, shoes, bags, indoor games , outdoor sports equipment, accessories, etc..so much under one roof.. it has a huge ground floor and first floor.. too many stuffs available.. ghe quality is also good..

1. Hoo mee? ★★★☆☆

   Don't be fooled by the cheap prices, what I mean is, the branded items Nike, Adidas etc are value for money. The items like Karrimor etc are not really value for money but are convenient to buy instead of hunting around for what you want. The store could do with having more staff around to help out. Any tops I wanted to try I just took my shirt off and tried them on in front of the mirror. My one gripe is, I would like to hear English being spoken between the till staff when serving customers, and just because your first language is not English, you can learn to say hello and thank you.
