   Overheard a customer asking the head pharmacist for advice re. The online prescription service, the staff were clueless, handled it really badly and we're downright rude in how they conducted themselves, if one of my staff acted like that to customers I'd have no option but to suspend them and would have no qualms. the front of the shop, signage and entrance are very dirty and I've never seen this pharmacy in such a bad run down state, pre COVID it was amazing but just like most other outlets it has sadly gone down hill and will eventually die, I miss Steph the pharmacist from back in the day she was great

   Staff answered phone with "yeah"? I Had to ask if it was well pharmacy? Phone often cut off when ringing, appreciate busy place. Unprofessional

   When chemist open they are quite good ( not like they were with the old team) but to make a trip and find they are closed is no fun and not able to contact on phone to see when open, makes life very difficult. When are Well going to really sort this Pharmacy out to be reliable again.

   This used to be a well run chemist when it was the Co-Op. Now wearing the "Well" badge and joining the digital age it seems lost, disorganised and full of excuses as to why they can't cope with the demand from the repeat prescription service offered. Why doesn't it have a regular dispenser I ask? there's a different one every visit. Users may be ill or needing regular medicines but "Well" need to get fit also because we have other chemists we could use in Diss. We are the ones doing the favours by using their business. So stop being complacent with our loyalty and get "Well" soon!
