   wait times are absolutely abysmal in this place and have been for the last 9 years i’ve had to attend this orthodontist. new booking system needs a patch up LOL. also staff can be quite rude

   Both of our sons go to this Orthodontist. One of them has been there from the start of his treatment and one of them got transferred after his failing practice got closed down. They are very friendly, helpful and good in their communication. The orthodontists are really good here and explain to our sons what is happening in an easy to understand manner. All of the staff we encounter are very nice. They have had to take on lots more work due to other closures and are dealing with the pressure very well. We are pleased with all aspects of this practice. Well done

   Treated my autistic child terribly. He was spoken to in a harsh and condescending tone which caused a lot of distress and distrust. Staff implied he was lying and made the whole experience extremely unpleasant

   I’m really disappointed with my experience at this dental practice. In just a month, I’ve spent £345 on retainers that were poorly made and uncomfortable to wear. The first set didn’t fit properly – they were too big for my gums and caused a lot of pain. they cracked while I was taking them out, something that has never happened to me before. I followed the practice’s advice on how to remove them carefully, but when I went for a replacement they just filed it down, it snapped the very first time I tried to take it out. I was then charged 230 at first then an additional £115, even though it was clear the issue was with the retainers. I feel like they are more focused on making money rather than providing a proper solution. When I questioned the moulds, the dentist suggested reusing them, but the receptionist said they have to make new ones anyway which was contradicting, adding to my frustration. Overall, I feel taken advantage of and unhappy with the service. I wouldn’t recommend this practice. I would put zero stars if I could genuinely.

   The staff here a very welcoming and professional. They work hard to see their patients on time whilst making sure you feel heard and get all your questions answered. They really care about the work they do and have the highest standards of care -Student nurse on placement. Parking is not restricted to time limits on Lutterworth Road, or Convington Street and surrounding side roads. Or 1 hour time limit direct on main road. Also best time to book appointment for minimal waiting times: Practice opening time, or just after lunch at 1:30pm ;)

   Dentist shouted at my 14 year old daughter for no apparent reason upsetting her greatly Absolutely no need for this behaviour. Most definitely would not recommend. Reported to practice reception but they were totally unconcerned. Would not recommend.

   Unbelievable! Such a shambles. Terrible place. Always running extremely late. Have to book half day off work for what is meant to be a 20min appointment. Absolute nightmare to get an appointment even when you are meant to be seen within a particular time. We were meant to be seen in May but couldn’t give one until July! Over two months late! I wish we had the money to go private. I can’t understand how they can run a business like this it’s poor management. Utterly fed up with this service and we another year of it here at least.

   I have just had my post braces follow up appointment and have now been discharged as an active patient. Having started the process mid 2018 the staff have been amazing throughout. The initial consultation was really informative and they were always really accommodating as working full time I always wanted early appointments. They made sure that with every visit I knew what was going on and where we were at with the whole process. With covid my follow up appointment was postponed however they did make sure to call and see how I was getting on and even now that I am not an active patient they gave me reassurance that if any problems were to occur that I could always call and book an appointment if required. I’m not usually one to write reviews but the service was great and I now have the smile I’ve always wanted :)
