Just had a very reassuring phone call from Sanjeev Jandu our practice pharmacist. Thank you so much for organising my medication with speed and simplicity! I’ve just returned to Brighton from years spent in France and thought it would be much more complicated. Well done! A big thanks too, to Dr. Ralph for his kind and speedy note that came with my blood results. Things are looking good for 2026 !

I have been a patient at WellBn Brunswick since 2018 and have always been impressed by the service provided. The team are very proactive, professional and caring. I’d like to make a special mention to Dale Melita from the Medical Records Team who has been amazing in assisting me with a situation recently. His clear communication has kept me informed and he has been exceptionally helpful and kind making me feel comfortable with my request and not a nuisance in any way! Thank you Dale and all at the Surgery.

I received a very helpful and supportive phone call this morning from Maha one of the pharmacists at the practice. We had a conversation about my medication which made me feel included in my medical care. My overall experience of all the pharmacists that I have spoken with has been positive.

WellBN have always been fast to respond and organise my care at the Brunswick branch - from their online booking system to flu vaccines, they've always been efficient and considerate. I registered after a recommendation from a friend after my last GP was hesitant to refer me for an ADHD assessment. WellBN been very supportive with referral to Right To Choose for an ADHD assessment and were incredibly quick to start me on medication titration compared to my RTC provider. Easily the best GP practice I've ever been registered with

For the first time in a number of years I have felt heard at my appointment. I've been attending the surgery for nearly 3 decades and over the last 2 years it really plummeted in support. My visit this week however was the most supportive, informative and reassured I've felt. The doctor I saw was very helpful and listened to my worries and was understanding and practical.

Absolutely terrible, I’ve have been with this surgery for two years and it was amazing when I joined, now it it utterly ridiculous. On numerous occasions I have turned up to an appointment to find out it was cancelled; no prior warning or notice given and had to take time off work to attend. Service is hit and miss, staff can be really helpful or rude and responding with comments such as ‘well it’s not my practice’. One doctor who was investigating my ongoing horrible symptoms told me to ‘try meditate’ and that they didn’t care to get to the root of my issues, just to mask them. I have stayed with them for over a year since the service went down hill due to having on going health issues that are being investigated, but have totally given up. Every member I know is also completely shocked with the service here. Had a doctor say to a friend to just ‘stop eating’ and to try a 3 day water fast… to an ED patient. Ridiculous. I’ve had test results go missing, doctors never call me back, referrals never made, I have to remind doctors what they’ve told me/diagnosed/ prescribed me, there are so many issues with this practice. The list goes on. Klinc access booking is a joke, I couldn’t imagine being elderly or computer illiterate as it’s impossible to access and the options are terrible. Now they’ve changed their appointment time slots from 10 minutes to 5 minutes; of course with no warning to the clients. Arrived 7 minutes late for my appointment (the one arranged to replace the one they cancelled the week before) to be told I wasn’t able to be seen and had to wait over a week before anything I could make was available. Tried calling to advise I would be a few minutes late but you can’t call and get through to anyone without listening to a 5 minute pre-recorded message then going through endless options and waiting for 20 minutes.

I had an excellent conversation with Practice Pharmacist Carmelo who responded rapidly to my Klinik request and took time to listen and discuss my complicated health issues. He was able to take a very helpful holistic overview as well as explore symptoms and medications in more detail and I felt properly heard and understood. He also included questions about my mental health in regard to my condition. He came up with a plan and steps for me to take which he will follow up with me. I feel reassured that he is taking my situation seriously and looking into what needs to happen. Very much appreciated!

One star because it is not possible to give 0. Impossible to have an appointment. The most useless GP ever. Rude reception staff. If you tell them that you have a problem they get annoyed and just tell you that they are too busy. Just changed to another practice and I got more in 2 weeks than in many years with them. Better to close down and open a laundrette... Much more helpful for the community! Please avoid this practice at all cost. PS: I've been working with hospitals and medical practices for 20+ years, so I know what I'm talking about.

Terrible administration. After trying to make an appointment 6 times, including phone calls, online bookings, and going into the surgery 3 times, I still have been unable to get an appointment for an undiagnosed serious condition after the walk-in centre told me to make an urgent doctors appointment. The doctors are brilliant, but the administration is abysmal.

I’m writing this on behalf of my daughter who uses this practice. I’m appalled at the way she was treated last week. She phoned and was told she had an urgent medical matter and would be contacted by a doctor that morning, her condition worsened so she called in to the surgery and was assured that she’d be contacted that afternoon. There wasn’t any contact from the surgery so after calling in again and crying to them she was told that she’d been given the wrong contact time by the receptionist, and told that nobody would call her until the following afternoon. By this stage she felt very unwell and was advised by the unsympathetic receptionist to go to A&E. On arrival at A&E she was seen immediately and told she needed an urgent Sepsis examination. She was treated immediately with antibiotics and given a prescription for other medication. The A&E doctor was shocked at the way she had been neglected and told her she needed urgent medical attention. If you’re not willing to treat someone you classify as ‘urgent’ on the same day, then you need to be honest with them so they can get the necessary immediate treatment they need. This was a very distressing incident for my daughter, particularly because it took until 5pm the following day for a pharmacist from the surgery to contact her. I suggest that you review your practises as a matter of urgency so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
