We used Alpha cabs to take 15 of us to Pen y Fan today and the vans were prompt, clean and drivers very accommodating. Would highly recommend!
I’m fuming and will not be using this service again! I phoned last night to book a taxi for ten past six this morning and was told I was on the books so I didn’t think much of it. I get outside my door at the agreed time and the taxi hasn’t shown up so I ring up and ask about it only to be told that I hadn’t been put on the books like I’d been told the previous night and my booking had been missed. Cue a panic attack from me as this was my way to work and I needed to pick up my fiancé on the way so we could go to work together. They told me the replacement taxi would be five minutes away but then didn’t come until around twenty past six. My fiancé even had to phone up and double check where the taxi was because he’s better with confrontation than I am only to be met with a rude and snarky driver snapping at him that the driver was on the way. There was no apology for the inconvenience, no remorse, nothing. I’m still livid with this and both myself and my fiancé ended up almost missing our trains to work because of this incident. Do better!
Pre-booked the previous evening to catch a morning train - no one showed up, left me waiting in the rain and didn't pick up even after calling three times. Thankfully neighbour came to my rescue, otherwise I would have missed my train and an important meeting!
Furious after my 17 year old son pre booked a taxi for when he finished work at mid night they were a no show after ringing and ringing getting no answer what so ever. Absolutely shocking its lucky my husband wasn't working himself other wise I'd have to drag my youngest child out at this time of night. Very unreliable and unprofessional do not use class 1 A holes
Ordered a taxi..was super specific about time and place.. didn't turn up and number then didn't respond to calls. Scammers.
I’ve been a regular for a long time. For the last 2 weeks they have refused to pick me up from work in the nights. Because they only have 2 drivers on. I pre booked a taxi this morning, and rung tonight to double check that it’s been written down. And they’ve refused to pick me up because they’ll loose out on jobs in town area. Because I complained about this I had nothing but attitude and back chat off the taxi driver. Very unprofessional and not reliable. Do not use.
