Great service. After calling up, I received a text confirming my booking, who would be picking me up and how long it would be. The taxi arrived 5 minutes earlier than originally stated, which I really didn't mind as I was waiting anyway, and the driver Peter was lovely and really helpful with my bags and talking to my son. Peter also helped take my bags to my house as they were heavy. Great service!
We are more than pleased with the service we received with Neath Taxi’s. Our driver Trevor arrived early to take us to Bristol airport and despite our flight being delayed on our return, was there in 5 mins to pick us up. Lovely clean cab, excellent driver… thank you!
Excellent service, always on time and great price (especially Airport runs)!! Regularly drop me to the train station and, after trains aren't as consistent these days, we often use them for drop off or pick up from Heathrow Airport. If there are two or more people flying, there's a very good chance you will get a door to door service for a better price than the trains (especially at peak times)!!
Contacted Neath Taxis as I specifically needed a vehicle that would take a wheelchair. Excellent service. The online booking system is first class. Confirmation text received on initial booking. I was contacted an hour before pickup to again confirm details. Taxi arrived on time. Mum was carefully secured into the back. The return journey was also punctual. Driver was friendly, chatty and informative. This whole experience took away my concerns about travelling with the wheelchair (our first outing!). Couldn’t be happier. Will definitely use Neath Taxis again and highly recommend to others.
