    I've been using A2B taxis for many years now and I don't recall ever been let down by them. I If I pre-book, they arrive on time (even earlier on occasions) or need one when I have finished shopping in town they always arrive. If they are busy then they will say there is an x-amount of time to wait. Not simply say "it'll be five minutes" and 20 minutes later you are still waiting! The girls on the phone are polite and friendly, the drivers too - and helpful by carrying the shopping bags. The prices are fair and it's always good to support a local business.

    My niece with a toddler, my pregnant niece and my pregnant nieces boyfriend were kicked out of the place they were staying tonight and was threatened with police if they did not go! Taxi companies wanted over £70 to get them back to Cardiff and advised it could be up to £100..not A 2 B Cars!! £45, I couldn't believe it, I explained that my toddler niece would be whining as she had to be woken up but it was no bother. There was a car there within 15 minutes to bring them back, couldn't be more grateful! They even rung the driver to see if they were in the car yet as I couldn't get hold of my nieces. Not many companies would be bothered and just say it's not their concern! Lastly, my niece phoned me to say she was withdrawing the £45 and I heard the taxi driver say "let's get you home then eh?" in the most reassuring and soothing way. An awful, scary situation was made so much better by this company and I have no idea where the poor reviews have come from as our experience was nothing short of amazing.

    Twice now a taxi has been ordered on two separate dates and twice we were told the taxi had already been. We were outside the address waiting for 20 mins before we phoned again... only be to told the taxi came and no one was there. Maybe it would be best if they stopped lying to their customers and simply stated their taxi driver hasn't arrived when they said they would.

    Waited over an hour and was told they had been and gone. Ether they took the piss and didn’t want the money, or they got the wrong address. Ether way, not professional at all.
