Taxi was on time which is always good. We also booked a return journey and they were waiting for us , driver was polite. When I rang to book taxi the lady was helpful asking if we wanted to book for the return. No hassle.
Do not book shocking services. Booked a mini bus for a Christmas family meal 5:30pm was told it would be 5:45 as the bus don’t start till 5:30. Our trip is half hour away. Then 15 min later after booking time rang them to see where the were was not even on their way. Did not even know they had not picked us up and we’re doing another pick up 2o minutes away. when we were told the bus dont start till 5:30 so hel be with you about quarter 2. Then the excuses were starting trying to justify their actions. Their service is disgusting. Won’t use these again SHOCKING!!! Very let down!
Their customer service is insulting! Someone just started taking my order and said the taxi can pick me up in 5-10mins. Taxi is doing a quick drop off but can pick me up after - earlier then I asked (rather then my requested time) agreed. I was asked for my details and mid conversation someone else started almost shouting with me... "Hello-can you hear me? There is no available taxi!" I was confused as the lady just started taking my order. This other person tone was very insulting and said, "we dont have a taxi for you. It seems you didn't understand what we said." None sense!
Booked a taxi in advance for 5pm from Pentregethin road. Rang at 5:15 and was told it was on the way. Rang again at 5:25 and my call wasn’t answered. 5:30 we saw our taxi pull out of a driveway 2 doors down from our house and picked us up. So clearly they knew they had a driver who lived next door to us who was starting their shift at 5:30 and thought it was easier to make us wait rather than sending a car for the time we ordered! Shocking won’t be using again. Not the first time I’ve used this company and they’ve been late
Absolutely disgusted rang 5 times to have the phone put down on me to then finally get through to someone who said it would be half hour wait. 40 minutes later rang to ask how much longer it would be to be told no taxi had been booked. The manager had been on shift and didn't take a booking from my destination which was utter bull to which they thej ended the call on me and I ended up having to walk home. Being a female on my own isn't a very safe thing to do. Usually use new fforest all the time but safe to say I won't be again and won't carry on recommending them to mu customers.. again I am disgusted!
