   They have been incredible to me!!! Everyone I have spoken to has been extremely helpful. I was well looked after by my previous practice and thought nothing could top them, but newtons has been amazing to me and I cannot thank them enough. Always willing to help.    I have been at this surgery for a while there are the typical photo consultation which are reasonably quick. Then there are appointments for urgent cases behind this . From my initial call I was booked in to see a gp in 2 hours. But it was urgent. It does still seem odd to see only odd one or two people in the waiting room..

   Generally poor experience. Prescriptions not sent to pharmacy, other paperwork seems to have to be chased everytime. Obviously the usual 4 week wait for an appointment. Inconsistent advice, shall I go on.

   I recently joined his practice as I moved into the area and they have been nothing but fantastic. I have been at other GPs in Lingfield, East Grinstead and Brighton - They were all useless but Newtons in comparison to everything I have dealt with in the past is honestly amazing. The staff are excellent, they are able to give appointments within 7 days generally or same day if it is really needed, they also offer phone call appointments and the Livi app which has also been fantastic. The staff clearly care very much and they are super helpful but it is obvious they are over worked, under paid and short staffed - NONE OF THIS IS THEIR FAULT and they will do everything in their power to accommodate you. The doctors and nurses are the best I have never spoken to as well, they know their stuff, they listen to your concerns and are extremely helpful.

   I call them 2 times for emergency appointment also on the second time the receptionist reassure me that a doctor will call me soon because they are a lot busy that didn't happen.I don't know what to say they don't care totally about their patients health....

   Why do we have to pay Taxes and Contributions? To feed losers who are pretending they are working? They are getting paid from our money. They do not get new patients and receptionist should be FIRED 100 times already! Pick up a homeless person who will work better without showing off their power over ill people! RECEPTIONISTS MUST BE FIRED and REPLACED!

   I have been with this surgery for 33 years. Dr Nagendra is the kindest Doctor I could hope for. If he isn't available the other Doctors I've seen there have been lovely & helpful too. In that time I think I've had maybe 2 occasions I've not agreed with the advice so I can't fault them. Never had an issue with Reception staff.
