    Booked a car at 3pm for 3.45pm pick up for daughters dentist appointment at 4.15. At 4pm still no car, excuses heavy traffic etc. but in actual fact they didn't dispatch the car until 3.53pm. I booked it in plenty of time but they really don't seem to care about fixing a time, when I looked on the tracker map the car was no where near our house so probably wouldn't have arrived until 4.15pm anyway. Terrible service this time.

    Turned up bit early. Great texting service. Driver was polite and friendly. Found them but more competitive price wise than other taxis we gave used before.

    Excellent, efficient service, texts to confirm booking and notify when cab was on its way. Cab arrived punctually, and the polite and helpful driver got me to my destination in good time. Thank you - I wouldn’t hesitate to use Oyster Cabs again!

    Would not recommend! Booked a 6 seater taxi and they tried to send us two to charge double without letting us know! Be aware they try and scam you!

    Booked it at 10:00 and they didn’t arrive at all . Kept ringing and they kept hanging up- the only time they answered they said shut up and I was left in the rain for hours . This shouldn’t even be 1 star it is that bad. I am furious this is awful service . DONT BOOK I had to walk 2 hours home in the rain

The owner, HariHaran is very polite and very prompt in sending the drivers on time. They are reasonably priced too. The drivers are courteous and safe drivers. Highly recommend Oyster Cab Services.
