I had a really important flight to catch and very limited time. Michelle my driver was with me early and got me to the airport in good time. No fuss. And she was absolutely lovely too! Thank you!
We have used Jenkins for a number of years and their service is always consistently very good. From on-time pickups to safe and comfortable journeys their drivers are reliable and helpful throughout. We had a great service from AC Jenkins and our driver Paul who was really friendly and very safe, with a comfortable and clean car especially travelling with Children. Child car seats provided at no extra cost. Arrived early and was helpful with the baggage and was very happy to accommodate comfort breaks on route. Paul was great with the children, playing 'spot the plane', and generally made our first taxi trip to the airport a positive and memorable one. We will definitely be booking again (and requesting Paul if possible!). Thanks very much again.
Had a great experience with A C Jenkins. We had Jensen pick myself and my husband up from our home and then he picked up my son, daughter in law and 2 grandchildren. He drove us to Cardiff Airport for our holiday to Ibiza. We had a great time. On our return we had Jon pick us up. We had a 3 hour delay getting home and a further hour's delay at baggage reclaim at Cardiff Airport. Jon kept in touch with us during this time through texting us and he waited patiently for us to take us back home. We would definitely recommend A C Jenkins to anyone.
Used A C Jenkins several times for mini bus transport to various airports and have always had excellent service. Just used them again for transfer to Stansted airport and they have excelled themselves. Left Swansea on time and arrived at Stansted. 6 hours later Ryanair cancelled our flight (snow) so we needed transport back to Swansea. A C Jenkins arranged for the mini bus to return to Stansted to pick us up (after the required rest period). Nigel, our driver, must have been exhausted, but he safely got us home with good grace and humour. Thank you so much Nigel, you made a very difficult situation more bearable.
Used AC for transport home from Bristol airport. Driver showed up an hour late because he was “at the pub”. When he arrived he was in a stinking mood because we had called the office to find out where he was. Deliberately left his window open because he knew we were all freezing and drove no less than 100mph. On top of that, upon arriving he had to audacity to throw a few of our suitcases on the floor. Shocking
Excellent coordination and very pleasant behaviour. As it was my son travelling alone(under 18 yrs age), we were very worried about transportation but Alistair and Andy put our mind to rest with regular feedback of flight time change, pick up etc. We are very pleased with the service and would strongly recommend them
