Had a taxi this evening arranged by the Welsh ambulance service to go Morriston hospital a&e the driver was amazing, nicest driver ever had
I have used this company several times for wheelchair accessible transport. Each time they have gone out of their way to provide a brilliant service. My thanks to Lisa for her kindness and efficiency in organising this.
Horrible service let me book a taxi for 5 people then rung me when it was meant to turn up to say they didnt have one available so me, my partner were stranded and had to find another one with a different company which was an hour wait would not recommend using them and i certainly wont be again!! Shocking!!
Absolutely amazing service, prompt on time, and the driver even came back to bring my phone I left in the car. The lady in the office phoned me and assured me the phone will be returned and it was within the hour. Taxi was bang on time. The driver even asked me what radio channel I’d like on. Best to go with data cabs. Yellow cabs mehhhhh just don’t bother All my future transport will be with data cabs
extremely disappointed at the lack of customer care and horrible service I have received. booked a taxi via the app recently - the app changed the house number without me realising. the driver then spotted me and spoke to me with a disgusting attitude. thought this could of been a 1 off so tried again, I was left standing outside for 15 minutes, no updates, rang in the office to be told - waiting for a car to become available. waiting a further 30 minutes with no updates and no progress on my booking. in total waited nearly 1 hour for my taxi to never show and forcing me to be late for work and find alternative transport. if I hadn't I would still have been waiting. the lack of customer care, booking updates and general wait time is disgusting. extremely disappointed and frustrated
Awful service. Booked a taxi for 11pm, it didn’t arrive so rang to ask where it was, I was informed they had no taxis in the area at that time and they had 5 bookings waiting from Swansea arena so it would be at least half an hour before it got to me. Not good enough when I’m standing in the sleet and freezing cold. Shouldn’t have taken my booking if you couldn’t fulfil it! Will never use this firm again .
Rung after I broke down, the gentleman I spoke to Jordan was amazing, he was so friendly and really professional he reassured me and was so amazing! the taxi was out to me in no time, I highly recommended this company and A* customer service from Jordan top gentleman sounded very attractive over the phone also.
If I could give this company 0 of out 5 I would - absolutely ridiculous that it looks as if you have booked on the app, only to be told when you call to chase them, that it was an enquiry and they have no cabs in the area and there is zero chance of you ever getting a cab. Even if you call them, you are told they can't take pre-bookings?!
Tried to use this company on numerous occasions….but they never turn up! If I could give 0 stars I would as I have no real knowledge of what the service is like…..except slow! Ordered a taxi at 15:45 and still no sign of it at 17:00. Missed three trains due to the slow service and staff not bothered at all when I’ve rung to check where the taxi is.
