Fantastic service. The driver was very kind and accomodating! We went from Swansea to Cardiff for a friend's 30th birthday and Swansea minibus made it exceptionally easy and made the whole day very pleasant. We were 30 minutes late from finishing an activity, and they had no problem waiting a bit without overcharging (sorry about that btw!) Would recommend
Excellent service! Simon is a real gentleman and a very nice guy! We were a big family going on holidays, he was on time for our trip to the airport and on time picking us up on return! His pricing is also very very reasonable compared to many others. He went above and beyond, even stopping at a service station for us to get milk for the baby too!! Used this minibus company for a stag do from Swansea to the Gower and couldn’t have been happier with the service. Everything was seamless from start to finish – easy to book, great communication, and very personable throughout. The driver was friendly and professional, and the whole experience made our day stress-free and smooth. Would definitely use them again!
Extremely disappointing and stressful experience — especially considering this was meant to be a fun start to a hen do. On our way to the airport, the driver appeared visibly tired and even nodded off briefly on the M4, swerving across lanes — it was terrifying and completely unsafe. We had to stop at the services for him to get a coffee, which delayed us and meant we had less time at the airport to relax and enjoy ourselves before the flight. On the return journey after our holiday, the company was over an hour late picking us up from the airport. We called multiple times with no answer and were on the verge of booking another service at extra cost when we finally received a text saying someone was on their way. We still had to wait another 20 minutes. Thankfully, the second driver was polite and the journey back itself was uneventful. After the trip, the second driver had reported all our concerns to the owner. Instead of receiving an apology or any offer of compensation, I was sent a long, defensive message late at night. No responsibility taken, no professionalism, and not even a simple “sorry” for the stress and safety concerns we experienced. What was meant to be a special, exciting occasion started and ended with unnecessary stress. We won’t be using this service again.

We were a group of 8 and used Swansea Minibus Hire for a week with a Total of 14 Trips all arranged pick up times were perfect the friendly service could not have been better just really nice Driver’s. Everything was just as arranged and at a very reasonable price.

Simon was so willing to help our large family. He gave us excellent prices and was always very accommodating. He even helped us with places to visit around Swansea. We used a few of his minibuses and they were very comfortable especially the fabulous Mercedes 16 seater. We highly recommend this service.
Excellent service. Simon and team were punctual and friendly and very easy to contact throughout the booking process and our hire. We had two vehicles over two days and both vehicles arrived early for pickups, were good quality clean vehicles and drivers friendly. The price was good too. I would recommend and use them again.
